Think you misunderstand me, Tony. That's the point of this. To find out everyone's strengths so I can put them where they'll feel the most useful. Not where I, personally, want them to be, or where they think they should be. Unless I feel that's actually the best place for them.

[There was the problem of people wanting to be with friends and such, and he'd accommodate as much as he could, but at the end of the day, when missions got bad, he would hope that people would follow their leaders and do what needed to be done. Before that point he was more than happy for people to be where they wanted and with whoever they wanted... within reason.
