Inigo is definitely fine with it, letting Tidus take the rest from his arms and looking at it. Inigo himself still seems like he's kind of trying to figure out how this scarf works, wrapping it around his neck until Tidus draws his attention with that last part.

"Oh! You're right. That's actually quite a lot just for those points, right?" He's seen people get outfits before that were just practically one or two things...

Though, speaking of things. Of course Inigo spots the hat a moment later and puts it onto his head without any hesitation whatsoever.

"Tidus, look! It's got little ears!" Inigo is reaching up to wiggle them a little with his hands, before flipping the things on the side. "And.. flappy things!"
