[Open] Recovering from battle

Who: WangJi and Open!
Where: Dining car, possibly elsewhere
When: Grasshopper 12
What: Taking a break and recovering from a fight.
Warnings: None yet.

WangJi had used much of his abilities fighting on this mission and when they were finally complete and able to return to the train, he was very tired. But he wouldn't let that show. What they had done was important and it was something that he would do again if he had to, even if he wished that it had not been so prolonged

He found a quiet venue in the dining car, at least for the moment. He made himself a cup of tea and sat quietly, sipping at the warm liquid. He probably should have been hungry, but really that was enough for him at the moment. A cup of hot tea. It wasn't necessarily the best but it would do.

He glanced up hearing the sound of someone else at the door. He nodded his head once in greeting.

Wei Wuxian almost felt bad for being so tired that Lan Zhan had to support him, since he knew how hard his husband had worked as well. But on the other hand, Lan Zhan was warm and strong and he felt safe and loved when he held him like this.

"The good news is, pushing like this, once I recover, will help," Wei Wuxian said. "Even though I am so tired that my hair hurts right now," he added with a huff of a laugh.

"Oh, thank the heavens," he said, eyeing the free showers. "We are still sharing though, right?" He was tired, not dead.

Okay, it didn't actually hurt when Lan Zhan rubbed his shoulder like that, but his knees felt weak anyway, and he clung happily to his husband.

"I'm not just saying that so I have you to hold me up...but it might be a factor," Wei Wuxian said honestly.

He got the door since his hand was free. It was still humid inside, but blissfully warm and empty. He grinned at Lan Zhan. "At last, we are alone!"
