Noticing she was mirroring her, Nike will take it as permission to take their hand and offer an apologetic pat while bowing her head slightly, it won't do much as comfort or removing the memory of the pain, but she wanted to do something to comfort them.

"Eight?" repeated Nike, wondering if it was their name. Had to be. She could always test it by introducing herself, "My name is Nike. It's nice to meet you, Eight."
