Different planets. Not only had he been kidnapped, but he'd been taken to a magical train that traveled to different planets. That news alone would have been almost enough to make him forget about the other question, but Ronan's comment about the books sealed it. Just give him a moment to wrap his head around the planets thing, because he needed a moment or two.

Was it weirder than Cabeswater and time working weird and everything else they'd lived through? Yes. Maybe. It was even worse when you were skeptical by default, though he'd seen a lot of things that had made him not a skeptic.

If he'd been talking to someone else, he would've asked if they were bullshitting him, but he didn't bother.
