Inigo nods at Tidus's idea! It's actually better than what he suspected the other was doing. Della is nice, and the party is supposed to be for the whole train, so then it doesn't feel bad asking a newbie for their points.
His gaze shifts to Waver though when the other speaks up, and after staring at him for a moment, Inigo says oh so very helpfully:
"Horseshoe 17."
He's not even being sarcastic. Or deadpan. It's just that Inigo doesn't know about Halloween - or didn't before this place, anyway - so it doesn't even occur to him that Waver may be looking for an answer in regular months.
