"I can hear you both!" Inigo immediately exclaims, as if he doesn't even realise that that's kind of the whole idea of stage-whispering in the first place.

And of course that immediately makes him go into whiny baby mode, clinging to Kitty even tighter. (He's probably not really upset though. This is just.. how Inigo is...)
