adregem: (lofty you say the silliest things.)

"I think this is what you call holographic technology? But the quality is astounding...It's as if we can reach out and touch it..." Which is something Roland tries to do, but of course nothing happens and the image just distorts as it would when interrupted. He glances up at Tidus gratefully.
"If I could borrow this, then sure. I'd love to put more pictures on it."

Roland isn't inherently a sentimental man, not typically as one might have it. He doesn't scrapbook, he doesn't keep things for a long time to reminisce. But he documents what he can for posterity's sake. He writes to make sure the details are not lost in the retelling. If this is the only way he can relish such a memory - of braided hair and flowers gently weaved through it - then he'll take it without question.

"Inigo, as long as you don't pull too hard," Because we're not about that hair fall life here! "You're welcome to practice more styles on me. I trust you, after your handiwork here." It's the closest admission that Roland actually enjoys the ministration, feels calmed over it, and wouldn't mind Inigo doing it again either. Maybe that's what they could take pictures of, using Tidus's device? He's not against such an idea.
