The moment Roland is turning back to the pot, he may be hearing a true waterfall of protests next to him. Everything from 'it's fine, it's fine!' all the way over to 'I'm just not used to the bitterness, father, your coffee is great!' sputtered out in the span of just a few seconds. Please, Roland, the last thing Inigo wants is to make you feel bad about your coffee just because he is an uncultured medieval boy!
(Then again, Inigo may be severely overestimating just how upset Roland would be at the idea of his coffee not being immediately right.)
The protest waterfall dies down though when Roland speaks up again, and Inigo hands him the cup with the look of a guilty puppy caught in the act. Sulky. Pouty.
"Um, I like the sweetness.. And something like nuts? I didn't expect it, but it tasted nice." There's a small pause, and perhaps even the slight shuffling of feet, before Inigo adds: "B-But you should make it the way you want though, you must know a lot more about coffe than I do!"
