Out of all possible reactions to the story he was telling, this sure wasn't one he was expecting. It leaves his cheeks a little rosy even after Roland's hand is pulled back, and not because blood is flowing to them after getting pinched!

He doesn't even know what to say to Roland's idea of his toddler self. How do you interact with your dad about things like these, Inigo has zero idea! So he's just.. carefully choosing to ignore that statement, instead focusing on the question the man asks after, which makes Inigo shake his head.

"Though even if they had, there is just no way I would have dared to. I was a very shy child." You know, as if he still isn't a shy child in very many ways.. Though he's definitely better than what he used to be like when he was younger, having had to grow up as fast as he did.
