Seeing Seto relax is gratifying, to say the least. Siebren is never certain whether he is saying the right thing when it comes to this sort of advice - soft sciences have never been his forte - but basic human empathy has proven effective more than once this evening. Between him and Xander, they seem to have been helpful, and that is a relief.

He huffs a short laugh at Seto's assessment. "There is something to be said for spite as a motivator, provided it is not your only one." There is more to be said regarding teamwork, and the fact that Seto should not have to feel the need to thank them for listening, but lightening the mood first is not, he feels, a bad way to start.
