Gen had to try not to giggle as Senku ranted, not wanting to interrupt. His eyes glittered as he went on and on. Really. It's obvious to just about anyone that Gen was completely delighted, that he got exactly what he wanted from Senku.

"So, what you're saying, my darling," Gen's eyes glittered, "Is that you think about me constantly, that you want my attention all of the time, that you're always daydreaming about me ... that you feel so very strongly to me ... and that you always want to be with me."

Leaning in, even with a squirmy kitten, Gen would try to steal a kiss from Senku's cheek. "So sappy, Senku-chan. But I feel the same way."
