"...I guess you have a point there," Rich admits. He's so used to lying at this point that it's very strange to consider a place where he can just be himself, completely unapologetically. He may have wanted that to be the case back home, but even there, he might have been buying into what people wanted him to be, acting based on their shallow expectations.
