"You're an engineer?" And an android, but that feels a little too much like pointing out the obvious at just this moment. "I'm not a quantum physicist myself, and we don't actually have time travel where I come from. But I understand the basic concept." And at this point it doesn't exactly seem impossible!

That makes him smile a bit, though. "I'm not exactly thrilled about this," he admits. "There are some projects I was in the middle of, and I'd rather have been asked. And had the people I work with asked." There are a few people he isn't super pleased to have been pulled away from himself.

"But right now I'm trying to figure out as much as I can about this situation. And there are some fascinating things about it."
