This is awkward. Admittedly, Tidus is surprised that Inigo isn't reaching out for him, but he's glad too - that they're on the same page of not knowing how safe that might be, or...not weird. But he does manage to get the SCA strapped around his wrist proper, resting its hand on his leg.
Until it's time for reassuring, and he picks both his hands up in an open-palm gesture.
"I'm fine, I'm fine." He says it slow, a means of comforting. There's no panic here in trying to cover anything up, and the face he wears is apologetic. "I wanted to..." He presses his lips together, then nods to the device in front of him. "I wanted to see how long I could stay for -- without leaving! Uh, you know- ah, crap--"
He's noticed he didn't stop the timer in the same instance he's stumbling over his words. At least one is a jab at a button, while the other is taking a second to start over again.
"I wasn't trying to fade," he makes clear. "I just wanted...to know."
