It takes a moment for it to ding in his head. A moment where he's having fun watching Inigo get so flustered, and where else can he take this? Shrugging in the way of just canting his head, and that's when it happens-

He gets an idea.
"Wellll..." He starts to rub the back of his head, looking off to the side away from Inigo, tone sheepish. "Actually... I spent most of my time as a baby in a sea-pod. We're not really born until we're about- five."
Five, yes. Got to say five. He brings his hands close together, making a rolling motion around each other.
"That's how it worked in my city! I used to think it was so normal, 'til I saw babies in Spira!"
