What: Two dweebs with cards get hitched.

[ On the evening of Nebula 18, Seto pops onto the ICP screens. The only thing different about his appearance is that his hair is slicked back (someone's experimenting), and he clears his throat. ]
...Good evening. We hinted at it during our game the other day, and we've told a few of our closest friends, but it's official. Yugi and I are getting married tomorrow night. We realize it's last minute, but a few recent circumstances forced our hands and we didn't find it prudent to wait anymore.
As it's last minute, we don't expect a lot of company, but anyone's welcome to witness it. Don't worry, it's going to be a very quick ceremony by wedding standards. We'll also have light snacks afterward.

[ After...not that much planning, to be honest, the day is here. The gym is clean, with about 30 chairs lined up in front of a clear space. A small smattering of blue and purple balloons decorates the hall, and overall it's just set up to be a quiet commitment ceremony.
Let's see if it stays that way. ]

The walk feels like the longest walk of his life. But his heart rises with every step, until they're right in front of each other. He briefly glances down to the end of the aisle where two Pokémon assistants are waiting. And he holds up a hand to signal to them. Not yet.
That hand turns into a gesture of welcome for their small group of guests. ]
Thank you all for coming. It's an honor to have you celebrate with us. We promised we'd keep this short, and we're officiating for ourselves, so...here we are. Our wedding.
[ And he turns to Yugi with the brightest smile, looking at him like he's the whole world. Because he is. ]

He was happy either way since the most important thing was he was making a commitment. Once he had reached the point he needed to he looked around before looking over to Kubfu and making sure he didn't move right now which he knew was always going to be a high possibility. But thankfully he seemed fine.]
So... Should we start with the vows? I can always start if that is the case.

[ He offers his hands and looks at Yugi with the soft expression that's only for him. All else clears from his mind: even his own speech. The words will come when it's time. ]

So... where do I start... Can't you just tell I didn't write this?
[He laughed slightly.]
From the very first time we met I had hoped that we could become friends and of course at the start we weren't for various reasons. But since then we've learned a lot about not just ourselves but each other and with that became close and honestly I couldn't have it any other way.

But he does need to respond, so: ]
I wouldn't have blamed you if you never forgave me. I resisted for so long. I used to be afraid of the changes I was undergoing. But after everything, I'm absolutely certain that I'm who I want to be, and that you're who I want to stand by. You challenged me to become a better man...and I can never resist a challenge from you.
[ He closed his eyes, took in a deep breath...and opened them once more, gaze soft. ]
Yugi Mutou, I love you. I will always stand beside you...and no matter what happens, I'll find my way back to you.
[ He very subtly cocks his head at the two critters at the end of the aisle. That's your cue to bring the rings! ]

Now though was a different story.]
I guess that just means I need to think of challenges, hm? [He glanced over at Kubfu at least a small concern of him understanding just what exactly it was he was meant to do. He wondered if they should have rehearsed at least with him.]
But no matter what as you said we will always try and find each other, I'm positive of that.
[As he spoke Kubfu at least seemed to have some idea of what he was meant to be doing and has sta least started to make his way down.]

[ Snapper makes a small growling noise of recognition. She knows what to do! She trots as fast as she can at Kubfu's side, and the two manage to make it down the aisle with the rings in tow.
Seto gives them each a berry from his pocket (berry in his pocket? Oh his wedding day? Oh, the scandal.) and bends to pick up Yugi's ring. He takes Yugi's hand with a gentle smile. ]
This is it. You and me.
[ Time to slide that ring on and give that hand a squeeze, then shift to let Yugi take his turn. ]

A symbol of us. That no matter what there will always be a apart of us with the other.
