What: Two dweebs with cards get hitched.

[ On the evening of Nebula 18, Seto pops onto the ICP screens. The only thing different about his appearance is that his hair is slicked back (someone's experimenting), and he clears his throat. ]

...Good evening. We hinted at it during our game the other day, and we've told a few of our closest friends, but it's official. Yugi and I are getting married tomorrow night. We realize it's last minute, but a few recent circumstances forced our hands and we didn't find it prudent to wait anymore.

As it's last minute, we don't expect a lot of company, but anyone's welcome to witness it. Don't worry, it's going to be a very quick ceremony by wedding standards. We'll also have light snacks afterward.

[ After...not that much planning, to be honest, the day is here. The gym is clean, with about 30 chairs lined up in front of a clear space. A small smattering of blue and purple balloons decorates the hall, and overall it's just set up to be a quiet commitment ceremony.

Let's see if it stays that way. ]

[Another wedding. Before coming to the train she had only ever been to a wedding once and she had definitely not been an invited guest.

But on this train a lot of people got married. She has dressed up and stands looking around. She doesn't know either Kaiba or Yugi very well, but there was always food at weddings and that was enough to draw her to them.]

[ Should one of the grooms really be playing usher? Probably not, but every other part of their planning has been unconventional. He straightens his suit and approaches. ]

Thanks for joining us. You can sit anywhere you want...

[ And because he's in such a good mood and he knows kids, and their patience (or lack thereof) for ceremonies, he adds in a playful voice: ]

We won't be long. I promise. And then you can raid the snack table.

[She nodded, looking around for where she might want to sit.] I can be siting very still for a long time. [She reassured him, but honestly she was pretty glad. Snacks were what she was here for.

No offence Kaiba and Yugi.]

You won't have to, but I appreciate it.

[ He glances over the assortment of chairs and simple decorations one more time. ]

Just waiting on the last few arrivals now. Maybe having this on the opposite end of the train from the dressing car was a mistake.

We do be having transgates so it do no be being a big problem. [Luckily. Because the train is very long now.]

I always forget about them.

[ Another shake of his head. ]

With any luck, our other guests won't be as forgetful. Should I head back to the dressing car to check on them?

"No." She shook her head. "I will be going. You do be being here. It do be being your wedding."

So he should not have to run after guests.

Seto looks surprised, but grateful.

"Thank you. Feel free to take two slices."

[knifewithnoname]

"I will be being."

For double cake she will go fetch extra guests and she will remember her manners whilst doing so.
