Tony watches Buttercup as she got closer. The warning may have fascinated the girl, but it made Tony apprehensive. He was ready to throw a hand in the way if the clefairy decided to try and bite Buttercup.

The question does get him curious though. "Doesn't he sleep in that ball? Why would we ever come across him sleeping?"

Would they randomly come upon the animal in the hallway or on a table somewhere and get bitten because they hadn't seen it? This didn't sound safe for anyone involved.
