What: Peter and Tony play a game while having a heart to heart

Peter can't beat Tony Stark at chess. He'd given it a try but Tony was just a better strategist than he was. So instead of playing chess again, the two are seated in Tony's makeshift lab and immersed in a game while idly chatting.

Peter lives for these moments-just quiet-ish moments with Mr Stark while they play catch up with what the other's been up to.

"So, I was thinking-maybe we could game nights as like a regular thing? I mean you're welcome to say no-I know the council keeps you busy and all-but there's lots of game and some times we could maybe even drag like Gwen and May and Happy in?-Damn it!" He curses as the buzzer on the game goes off, Cavity Sam's nose shining bright red and he hands the tweezers over to Tony.

"It's just nice, you know? To just kinda chill out and not have to worry about anything super important-I mean I worry about everything anyway-but it's still relaxing."

"Oh, that's easy." Peter states, bending down to scoop up the game that Tony knocked on the floor. "I won't." You know, because he doesn't sleep anyways. It may be in poor taste to joke about it but hey, laughing at pain is a good coping mechanism. Actually, it's probably not but whatever.

"Besides, isn't that kinda the job? There's always going to be someone causing trouble."
