That.. sounds kind of omnious. Especially if this train is going to be moving through it. Surely it's alright if people have been in this train for longer than Madoka has and are still doing fine, but that still doesn't make the name sound any less scary. She wouldn't exactly happily agree if someone invited her on a journey through the void, anyway.
But it's not like she has much of a choice now, and she doesn't want to panic in front of someone younger than her, so she just says-- "Ah, I.. I see. I've never heard of a place like that before.. So I guess this isn't just a normal train."
