Party Time

Who: Everyone who wants to attend.
What: It's a party for all, but the pairing up part is for singles only.
When: Day 19 of Fiddlesticks
Where: Gym Carriage
Warnings: Who knows atm just Minako being Minako will add more as things happen.

[Minako figured she did the best she could for the party. Though she also wondered if perhaps she might not have that many people come. Sure she wanted to put singles together, but at the same time, she simply wanted people to have fun.

In the dressing carriage, people will find costumes and masks that were more gothic in nature. There was food and hopefully some forms of sweet treats for those looking for it as well as a variety of drink, mostly non-alcoholic.]

Quatre followed him out to the dance floor, holding onto his arm until they were there before holding his hands. It did have a good beat and even though it wasn't Quatre preferred listening choice, he could still enjoy it. He smiled as Trowa kept him against him, feeling his warmth and letting him lead.

While he'd never heard the songs that were playing before, Trowa did know how to move to a beat. He let his hips do most of the movement, gyrating and guiding Quatre to do the same.

Quatre could have likely figured it out, but he had been taught more formal and classical style dances. So Trowa's assistance was not unappreciated. "I don't spend enough time listening to songs like this in our world. I know I haven't heard them, but I don't know if its because they aren't in our world."

"They don't sound like anything I can recall Cathy listening to, and she's all about popular music. So I'm not sure they're from our world." Trowa shrugged a little as one song ended and a much slower one began. Rather than grinding or gyrating, he wrapped his arms around Quatre's waist and swayed gently with him. "I see someone picked a slow song to put in the list, too."

"I can't say that I'm that up on some of those songs, even from our world." He did like that there was a slower song in the mix as well, looping his arms around Trowa's shoulders as they swayed to the music. "That's nice. I enjoy slow music."

If there was one downside to his mask, it was that it covered part of his mouth. Trowa smiled, though, and held Quatre as close as he could as they swayed. "So do I. Means I can hold you close like this."

Quatre's mask at least was smaller so it was easier to see his face as he smiled back at Trowa. "I like that." And he pressed closer, letting his head rest against Trowa's shoulder. Yes, it was a bit forward... but they were at a dance together.

Having Quatre's head on his shoulder made Trowa's heart race a little. He tightened his arms just a bit, not at all caring how forward the action may have been. "I think I like this better than the faster music."

Quatre didn't mind his arms tightening just a bit more around him. Just meant that he was going to stay there longer. "I think I do too."

"Have I told you how good the suit you picked looks on you?" Trowa murmured in Quatre's ear, mostly because he could.

"No, you have not. Thank you. I rather like it. Your suit looks very nice on you too." Quatre didn't murmur in his ear, mainly because that would mean he'd have to move his head.

"I was glad I found one that worked with my clown mask." Trowa smiled behind his mask. "Though with half my mouth covered, it would be hard to kiss you."

Quatre did look up at him at that, smiling. "Well, yes, it would be difficult to do that. Perhaps once the dance is over, we can unmask you."

"At least for tonight, only you get to see my face fully." Trowa chuckled softly, spinning the blond around the dance floor.

"I'll take it. To know that I am the only one who gets to... besides Amira." Of course, because the cat got to as well.

Feeling playful, Trowa dipped Quatre before pulling him back up. "You've always been able to see through all my masks."

Whee! Quatre smiled brightly as Trowa dipped him and then pulled him back up. "Of course I have. Even from the first moment that I met you."

Figured this might be a good end point for this unless you want to keep it going?

"And I wouldn't have it any other way." Trowa murmured in Quatre's ear, coming to a stop at the end of the song. "Shall we go try the refreshments?"

Yeah I think this is good.

Quatre smiled, still holding onto Trowa as the music stopped for a moment. "Yes, let's go try the refreshments."
