Party Time

Who: Everyone who wants to attend.
What: It's a party for all, but the pairing up part is for singles only.
When: Day 19 of Fiddlesticks
Where: Gym Carriage
Warnings: Who knows atm just Minako being Minako will add more as things happen.

[Minako figured she did the best she could for the party. Though she also wondered if perhaps she might not have that many people come. Sure she wanted to put singles together, but at the same time, she simply wanted people to have fun.

In the dressing carriage, people will find costumes and masks that were more gothic in nature. There was food and hopefully some forms of sweet treats for those looking for it as well as a variety of drink, mostly non-alcoholic.]

"Isn't it? You don't keep a broken toy about if it can't be fixed. You throw it away while the toy that can still do things is still played with."

She was becoming quite morbid, she knew. And she was not a toy.

But she had been utterly useless on the first mission, she couldn't see how she could be any more useful on the next or the next.

She was definitely picking up on the deeper sentiment behind the conversation. So, dropping any pretense, she replied, "People aren't toys. They're always important, no matter what."

She would very much like to believe that herself. She did, for the most part. But here on this train... she wasn't sure she could help with anything beyond small, menial things.

"On this train, things need to have a purpose, there's not enough space otherwise."

"If that's true, then whoever's in charge would stop bringing passengers onboard. It wasn't our choice to come here, after all."

Looking at Alice, she offered a small smile. "Besides, sometimes the best way to help is just to be there to help and care about people."

"Just caring about someone can be enough? Truly? Why is that?"

She nodded. "These kind of things are dangerous, and can be very tiring. And people sometimes work too hard, and it can take a toll on their well-being. Having someone who cares, who can remind them to take care of themselves or can help them feel better, and knowing that that person is there for them, can help them get through anything, no matter how difficult it may seem."

"Dangerous and trying is very true," she realized Kitty said "tiring" and not "trying" but found both statements to be true and decided not to correct herself. "I do like to think I care about people here, and I hope they know I care for them too. I shall have to tell everyone that I care for that I do."

Trying was definitely accurate as well, so she didn't bother correcting Alice either. "I'm sure they know. But being reminded sometimes can really lift someone's spirits."

"Would baking biscuits help to lift peoples' spirits?"

With a smile, she nodded. "Yeah, definitely. That's a good way to show you care."
