Noctis is a guy Tidus has been keeping an eye out for, but not actively searching him out. It's actually pretty nice, to not have to rush around a train because you need to bring this or that to a person, or ask them to come to your cabin like a weirdo. Now he has an easier way to bring things, or have items on hand--without having anything in his hands at all.

It's in the games room that Tidus finds the guy however, and he remembers the job he has for him. But there's no need to start with that, and hopefully he won't interrupt the guy in the middle of some intense task when pipes up.
