1. Kitchen, CLOSED to Wei WuXian:
[Hunger finally strikes, and even if she's been unhappy about this month's 'ingredient' it's still part of the food, which means she has to just suck it up and Deal With It. However as she walks into the car, something that doesn't offend her nose hits her. Spices? Whatever it is, Willow's stomach makes a loud growling noise, perhaps even loud enough for someone to hear if they paid enough attention to the noise.]

Ah.. that smells wonderful..

[Though as she's paying attention to the food she only just notices someone there and jumps like a spooked cat in her startle. How did she not see him?]

AAH! My apologies!! I did not notice anyone in here-- I was paying attention to the wonderful smell of the food.

2. Library:
[Now that there's an actual library set up and some selection of books, it's high time Willow makes her way there. The books aren't packed to the ceiling, but that's alright with her, books are a good source of knowledge. However the one book that catches her eye seems to be a children's book, one of the Merry Little Voidtrain books. She frowns, but leafs through it, finding Kheli cute enough before placing it back where it was.]

I suppose if there are children aboard, then children's books are necessary.. but where are the books about medicine, music, or magic? Or even weaponry! One must know of those!

[She mutters this more to herself, but would be unbothered if someone answered the question for her.]


3. Quiet Car:
[What better place to practice magic than the quiet car? Willow can be found there minding her business with target practice with her lightning in hitting rings of fire, getting most of them. Although one manages to go astray as a door opens.]

WATCH OUT! It will hurt if it hits you!

[although that's obvious with lightning, she's been practicing with runes enhancing the strength and speed.]

4 . Around the train, wildcard:

[ At least now Willow sees her point, Alice thinks. Especially with the way the other's tone shifts as she speaks up like that. It's hard to care about an empty library or people spending points on books when there are bigger worries about life on the train - even though a lot of people seem to conveniently ignore it.

(Perhaps it's just a coping strategy, but Alice doesn't seem to have thought of that yet.) ]

I'm not quite sure of the specific amount, but there's a few. Some magical healers, I believe, and then some regular doctors as well. [ Though Alice is more familiar with the latter half. ] Wen Qing is one of the latter, though she has expressed concerns before about whether the healers would be able to help out everyone in case of a big emergency.

[Willow does see her point but simultaneously is still angered at the lack of books available. Both are horrible in her eyes! But she is also relieved there are a few healers all the same.]

Does this Wen Qing doubt that magical healers would be unable to tend to everyone? Perhaps I can speak with her about this, I can offer my own magic to heal if there is a problem of not getting to all.. healing is one of the things my people are known for.

I don't think she's very familiar with it.

[ Magical healing, that is. She's pretty sure Wen Qing doesn't have any kind of magical powers.. though Alice now realises she has forgotten to ever ask the other about whether or not there's magic in her world to begin with. ]

But I do think it's a good idea to talk to her, I'm sure she would appreciate any kind of help. [ If Alice thinks it's weird at all that Willow apparently has healing magic, it doesn't show up on her face. There's nothing even remotely judging - she's just speaking on as calmly as a moment ago. Like this is just some normal thing to her. ] Besides, she's a good person. She shouldn't have to carry such a great burden on her shoulders all by herself.

Oh, I see. If she is unfamiliar with it, I can understand if there are doubts.

[though it does make her confused if a world could exist without magic, but no matter, she's a healer and would talk to the woman about offering her aid.]

No healer should bear that alone, or in small numbers... Even if one is highly skilled. Is there a place she is usually at?

[come to think of it, Willow wasn't sure where the infirmary car was, or if there was one at all.]

[ Well, that's at least a relief to hear. Alice is quite fond of Wen Qing - though as ever, she's bad at ever admitting that kind of thing out loud - and so she too doesn't want her to be carrying the brunt of the medical work around here. ]

She's often in the medical carriage. [ That's where Alice goes first when she's looking for the other, either way.. ] But if you have a hard time finding her, you could always wait until dinner time and try to find her in the dining carriage then. Most people eat around the same time, after all, so she should be there then too.
