A Delayed Train Introduction | OTA + 1:C
Who: MT and open, plus bonus MT and Room 1:C
Where: Luggage Car, Dressing Car, Sleeper One, and Sleeper One Room C
When: Morning, Horseshoe 17
What: MT wakes up in the luggage car and does not take it well
Warnings: She died
[ qU ϱniʞɒW | Luggage Car, moving to Dressing and Sleeper One ]
Waking up inside a suitcase was a new experience for MT. And while she is vocal about enjoying new experiences, perhaps not this particular one.
With only a little trouble, she fights her way outside of it, busting out like a video game character. And then.... she sees where she is. "Oh no, this is... this is the freaking train!"
To say she is upset is an understatement. In a fit of anger, she starts knocking down or throwing the suitcases and trunks that make up the majority of the room's contents.
Continuing her bad mood, her next stop is the Dressing Car. She's moving now, so she's not as intent on wrecking it, but she IS going to be very rude and standoffish to anybody inside, and maybe try to rip down any webs in her way.
Once she hits Sleeper One, she stops. This really is a... not normal, but a train-looking train, at least. She fishes around until she finds her ticket.
"....This is bull," she mutters.
[ ɘɔnɒɿɈnƎ ɘɈɒ⅃ A | Room 1:C ]
To the residents of Sleeper One, Room C, there was a new roommate who was supposed to have moved in. According to the names outside the door... "Tulip's Reflection" whatever that's supposed to mean.
But she never showed up on platform day. Or platform night. Or... the next morning, when people are supposed to wake up in their beds, regardless of where they've been.
But a little later that morning, the door to their room opens, and a young girl, about thirteen by appearances, enters. Wearing a black leather jacket over a torn-up orange polo. And also she's made completely of reflective metal.
"Guess I'm a passenger this time," she says, anger still in the background but a little awkwardness creeping in. "Whatever. Which bed's free?"

Her new roommates explained that it belonged to 10 Vigilant Gaze, but it wasn’t until several hours later that he actually made an appearance.
When he did a bright blue-white flame sprang to life within the armor, which then simply sat up and focused on MT.>b>]
Ho there! Coming or-
[He caught himself. His habitual greeting from his days in the void didn’t really make sense here.]
...going. Neither, I suppose.

Glad you could join us. [ Said with all the sarcasm she can muster. ]

[Said with NO sarcasm at all. Angels aren't good at it.]
I hope you are feeling better?
[Probably not.]

She went back to bed, or at least to sit on her bed and sort some things. She raised an eyebrow at the metal person who entered. Another metal person. Great.
"That one do be being free." She gestured at the bed on the bottom bunk, the other side of the room than her.

This would be the part where MT would throw her stuff down on her bed, but she doesn't have any stuff. She didn't know if her knapsack had been left behind on the platform or if she had thrown it around the luggage car with the rest of the luggage car. But whatever. She didn't need it.
She did, however, take the opportunity to slump down on the edge of the bunk. She was trying to collect her thoughts. Stem her anger. Well, tossing around the luggage had helped with that, but still.
Good conversation.

“You’re here! What happened, you didn’t show up before the train left!”
[She’s very concerned and unaware of what happens when people die here.]

How had she gotten around the wake up? It's suspicious and strange. She flopped back onto her bed and tilted her head towards the metal girl.
She could understand anger, this train was stupid.

"I didn't get on the stupid train." She snorts. Derisively. "But then I was out, and bam. Woke up in a-" cuts off a stronger word here "-freakin' suitcase."
no subject
[That was alarming. Using the emergency evacuate option on the SCA was probably out, so that didn’t leave many options.]
“That...I’ve only heard of people ending up in luggage for a few reasons. Usually it’s because the person did an emergency evacuation during a mission, or because they got called to see the conductor, but you’re new here.”
no subject
"There did be being that time where we did be being forcibly evacuated."
They hadn't chosen it, they had just all ended up in the luggage compartment at the same time.
"But I did no never be hearing of someone being brought from the platform like that."
Then again, she's not sure anyone had ever not boarded the train. Even being on the train was better than being trapped on a stupid platform with no food.
no subject
She's not happy about that. But really, what did she expect? Last time she tried getting away from a magic train, she got forcibly yanked towards it. And waking up inside was better than being yeeted along the tracks behind it.
no subject
"It was flashing red? I think it's only supposed to flash if you're in danger! Did anything else happen before you ended up on the train?"
[Was refusing to get on the train dangerous? Now would probably be a good time to figure out what exactly happened there!]

She waits for the new girl to answer as she navigates her way to the roster.]
