Return.
Who: Misa and YOU
Where: The luggage car/around the train.
What: Misa's Return
When: Horseshoe 17
Warnings: Well, Misa will not be happy... so usual Misa warnings + language
The Luggage Car
Misa's first aware of the darkness, stuffiness and closeness that says she's in a tiny place. Her mind doesn't panic, just checks everything. She can feel everything, and her mind seems fine. She can feel the press of her vibroknives against her back.
Okay, so next problem. How the kriff is she going to get out of here? There's a little light leaking into the space, so she feels around and finds the source. There. That's it. Grunting, she pushes her fingers into the hole where the light is brightest. Pushing on it, she finds the zipper. Oh, that makes sense.
When she gets the zipper open she flings open the top and sits up. "Kriff that feels better." She looks around and tries to stand up. Her legs don't hold her. "Ow!" She yelps as she falls back into the luggage.
Out in the train
Misa is limping. Ow. Her legs are cramped. She heads first to her room, because not only are her legs cramped, but her hair is in sad shape. She huffs out a breath, trying to get it out of her face when she runs into someone.
"I'm sorry! I... can't see through my hair." She explains, hoping she hasn't offended anyone.

Train
"I have a comb and there are the showers for a little privacy while we restore you to proper form." Glorfindel know how important looking proper is to Misa.

"I woke up in luggage and my hair is a beast."

And when Inigo first feels someone run straight into him, he figures this is just part of it. Things still going in the most rough way possible. But the first upside is that he manages to maintain his balance enough to not be knocked over by the encounter.
And the second upside is when he sees just who ran into him. In the middle of all the chaos, he almost had forgotten that Misa's name had been gold, yet he hadn't seen her walk off the platform like the others. So Inigo's expression is somewhere in the middle between surprise and intense relief as he looks at her.
Not that Misa will see it with her hair and all until she gets it out of the way, but still..
Inigo puts a hand on her shoulder, trying to be gentle about it so he won't startle her too much.
"It's okay, but-- Are you alright?"

She knows it's Inigo touching her, but it takes her a moment to get her hair out of the way. She's cranky, disoriented and just wants to curl up with a book.

"If you're having trouble with your legs, I could give you a piggyback ride." He'd offer to just regularly carry her, but Misa seems pretty obsessed with standards, and he isn't sure if that'd cross some sort of manners line with her. "You can tell me where to bring you. Then you won't have to walk."

“What’s the last thing you remember?”

"Misa, was it? Goddess, what happened?

She just has this feeling that she's missed a lot.

"What was the last thing you remember that happened? I didn't even realize you'd gone."

Luggage
She could probably hear the angry almost-swearing of a girl and the slamming around of various objects even before getting out of the suitcase.
And once she's out, well, the car is a mess. Luggage thrown everywhere, boxes and suitcases overturned. And in the center of it all, a girl made out of reflective metal, stopped and staring at Misa, a suitcase held aloft in one hand, paused moments before performing another throw.
"You too, huh?"
no subject
"That doesn't help." She says, sitting up in her piece of luggage.
