Who: Inigo, Tidus (aka the two shared braincells duo) and you!
Where: The standard coach
When: Horseshoe 17
What: Inigo and Tidus are handing out free stuff because Tidus is the train's official sugar daddy.
Warnings: Probably nothing, will edit if necessary.
---
Hey guys, forget about that public breakdown the other day. Today Inigo is on the ICP with a big smile, seeming as cheerful as ever. It's fine. It's cool.
"Good day, everyone! Tidus and I brought some things back with us from Irivar to share with everyone. So why not come over to the standard coach and see if there's anything you'd like to take with you, hm? We have quite the selection! Oh, and.. erm, Taiki, Roland, Bryn and Della.. If you could make sure to come see us, we'd appreciate it! Otherwise I might have to send Ti--"
Before Inigo can even finish the sentence, there's an offscreen obviously very Tidus-y voice calling out, "Inigo! Ask for Sakura too!"
Inigo huffs, turning his gaze to the off screen source. "I was getting to that!" (No he wasn't.) Apparently he accidentally pulled his ticket off the ICP as he starts moving away from it too, because the feed just cuts out. Just come get some sweet stuff.
---
Their set-up in the standard car is a simple, if messy, one. They have a few of their offered freebies on the same table they occupy, each guy facing the other, sat by the wall. From the immediate front, fragrant bags sit no bigger than a palm, a variety of scents better to tell when held to the nose. Whetstones sit stacked mostly on top of one another, and then a cluster of hair ribbons and circular hair ties behind them. Behind the bags are a few scent oils--basically, perfumes, if not very big. There's a few to choose from, but...
...not as many as there are the soaps, which take up a half of the table in their choice. It's like a lush shop here of choice, different colours and sizes.
And Inigo and Tidus? Sit there, either playing cards or fiddling through the paper craft book available from the art supplies where the old library used to be.
A chalkboard sits balanced, with the words 'FREE 2 TAKE' written in big letters. In case you missed the public announcement.
1:
Come up, and have a look. Ask about what they've got.
2:
Or while you're here, maybe you can help Tidus, who pipes up to ask-
"Hey, quick question. How long 'til you're comfortable hugging someone?"
(ooc: as a note, all threads on this will be threeways! please enjoy trying to handle both teens at once. you can't seperate them.)

Looking between the two Minako knew that perhaps she should speak up or something. Minako the expert to the rescue~!
"Hey, hey... Don't argue for the moment. It's not wrong to want a hug now and again depending on the situation. But we also need to understand limits and boundaries and also to not insult one another in a fight."
no subject
Don't mind Tidus, he's just going to take a piece of plain coloured paper and make the one piece of art he knows.
The good ol' standard paper aeroplane.
no subject
"We're not fighting!"
Though he falls quiet for a moment at the coincidence of them saying it at the same time, instead actually listening to what Tidus is saying.
.. and maybe also because he feels a little called out by what Minako is saying. Is he just being stupid and hurting Tidus by crossing his boundaries when the two of them are complete opposites about physical affection with guys?
"Sheesh, I.." He frowns, obviously looking unhappy - though it's mostly unhappy with himself. "If I really crossed your boundaries like she's saying, then I'm sorry, Tidus."
no subject
"Okay, okay... You're not fighting."
She now was thinking about what her next step would be. Either just walk away and let them continue the bickering or continue what she was on about. She figured it was the best way to solve the issues so speaking up it is.
"I feel like boundaries is something you two need to talk about regardless. Find what that is and that's good for the both of you."
no subject
But the sincerity draws Tidus out of his stubborn, sulky shell. Feel embarrassed about it, especially when Inigo speaks up and sounds as he does. It's like they're both misunderstanding each other, but - they need to talk, obviously. Like Minako said.
"I don't mind the hugging," he puts out first. "It's just that - you never act happy with me about it. Like I'm doing something wrong 'cause I don't hug other people like you do."
When it comes down to it, even if it's so -- dumb to have to say, Tidus turning his gaze to the wall than either of them: "It makes me feel like I'm weird, or something."
no subject
It comes just as quickly and instinctive as the 'we're not fighting' from a moment ago. Because it's so true, and Inigo wants to reassure Tidus so badly, that it flies out of his mouth without even thinking about it. Especially when Inigo is fully convinced Tidus is the much more normal teen between the two of them.
With Tidus looking at the wall like that, Inigo shoots Minako a quick, desperate glance. The 'please tell him that too' kind of glance. Please, Minako, help him reassure his friend here. Nothing about Tidus seems weird, right?
But Inigo knows that just saying that won't fix it, so he does look back at the other guy after a moment, even if Tidus may still be looking away.
"I don't mind if you don't hug other people.. I-- I was just worried that maybe you didn't like hugging at all because of it, and that maybe I was bothering you by selfishly forcing physical contact on you." It feels dumb to admit. Much too vulnerable, especially with someone he doesn't even know present. But this is the least he should do for Tidus, right? When they're this close. He should be honest. "And that came out as whininess and moping because I was dumb and couldn't tell you directly like this. But.. that's.. That's on me. I should just have spoken to you more directly about it, and not made you feel bad or odd. I am really sorry, Tidus."
no subject
But it didn't mean she wasn't going to say anything either.
"So overall it just seems like communication is the major issue here. But it seems like now you are talking things are a bit better, right? You understand each of you have different boundaries which are normal and are talking through them. I think this talk was a good thing."
no subject
"It's fine," he says to him, reassuring. "I'm sorry too- I didn't think I was going to make this into a thing." He looks over at Minako, tilting his head.
"And you just wanted to come see what there was. Sorry about that."
no subject
But they always stumble their way through. As evidenced now. Even though it's definitely a little more awkward with company...
"Yes!" Inigo looks up, suddenly realising why they were here in the first place. He looks over at Minako. "You should take some of our stuff for your troubles. Maybe you'd be interested in some of these ribbons?"
no subject
But it looks like another problem is solved~ Minako looked rather proud of that fact.
"I came to look, yes. But I can away from this with another problem solved. My job at solving problems is all I could ask for. But I guess looking again won't hurt either"
no subject
"Hey!" Psssh! "You should ask her to help with your girl problem! She gives out love advice! She's perfect!"
no subject
But before he can ask more, he sees that invite for a Bro Huddle Whisper, and of course Inigo quickly leans in so he can hear what Tidus is trying to tell him.
Sure, Minako may not be able to overhear what they're saying, but it's hard to not notice Inigo's face starting to grow red, despite him somehow managing to keep his embarrassed tone at whisper level to Tidus. "W-What?! I can't just tell a random girl about my problem! It's.. It's too embarrassing!"
no subject
She soon looked puzzled for a brief moment, trying to figure out just what the other was trying to do.
"I'm not some random girl, I am Minako Aino. Love Expert Extordinaire~"
no subject
"See? And you're helping out confidential patient number one! You should sign up to what Minako's offering!"
He sits out his hands as if presenting Minako to Inigo. Look, bro! She's got a business going and everything! Take the leap!
no subject
It feels like he's caught between a rock and a hard place, said things being Minako and Tidus respectively. He just glances between the two before giving Tidus a 'please have mercy on me' kind of look. Please, bro. He can't just talk about issues with a girl. A girl he doesn't even know. He'd be terrified about even spending time one on one with her! This is a disaster.
"No, it's-- nothing. Fine."
He quickly speaks up, realising Minako actually heard that last thing Tidus said with him leaning back again.. He has to hurry up and make sure she doesn't get Ideas.
"I don't have love problems." Thankfully that statement is true, which means he can say it convincingly enough.
no subject
"Noted, no love problems. But if that ever happens I am always here. People can come to me anonymously by writing to me or in person."
no subject
"Some other day then," he'll concede, even if Inigo would rather he not be talking about anything in the future. But deal with it, bro!! "Thanks for the offer, Minako."
