"What do it actually be celebrating though." Unless it was just costumes and candy, which honestly wasn't a bad basis for a celebration. But it was harder to imagine it as something for grown ups only.

Then again here was a grown up in front of her who liked sweets, so perhaps not strange at all. Grown ups eating sweets and not letting kids have any. That would be a worse holiday, unless you were a grown up.
