"I suppose, but that sort of thing wouldn't be acceptable in Japanese society. The society as a whole has a bunch of unspoken rules to work within which is what makes my parents so frustrating because they just refuse to work within the system." He huffed.

"It would've been fine, eventually. It was mostly just annoying. Now that my mother is probably dead, and I'm dead and my father has completely gone mad, ultimately it ended rather poorly. It wasn't what I was expecting."
