He had heard that before. Many of his students went through it at least once, sometimes more than once if trouble hit. Sometimes it was just hard to concentrate on meditation when it was all too easy to get distracted by current events.

Piccolo opened his eyes slowly to look at the girl. He rarely had moments like those anymore but that didn't mean he never had them. But meditation was so ingrained in him that he tended to use it as an escape from such thoughts. It was easier for him.

A moment passed. Then, "Do you need a distraction to get away from what's distracting you?"
