Someway through the 18th of Imagination, an announcement for the already spoken for meeting is shared by the ICPs, giving people twenty minutes to come to the upper Music Carriage for the gathering. While the chairs mostly face the stage, they’ve been curved to allow people to face their fellow passengers too, so not to put the sole focus in one place.

This is a meeting for all, and everyone will have their chance to speak and be heard.

The promised snack table sits to one side of the room, and on the stage, the white board from the standard coach has been brought in, written on it bullet points for the planned topics. To assist in the flow of discussion, familiar moderators stand in place to help jot things down, carry conversation further should one idea end while another is ready to begin, among other such administrative tasks to organize the forum. Plus, the ICP’s are in constant use all throughout the meeting, with basic announcements about what’s being discussed now, and how more people are still welcome to catch up to the Music Car if they hear something that interests them.

Grab a plate, settle down, and let’s get to work.

"I think Stores is pretty quiet, this time of day."

Being a good deal up the train and all.

"You want to take the lead?"

"Very well." thankfully there were signs. He knew by rote now how to get from his cabin to the library. For all else, he used the signs. He hardly went anywhere else, after all.

He led her to stores, floating on his little spit of Bent land inside his shield as usual. Because why walk when you could float? Besides, with his short stubby legs it would have taken forever.

When they got there he used Bending to create a large stone for him to stand on so they could be eye to eye and dismissed his bubble shield.

"I was able to obtain some escudo, and while I was going to wait, given the current discussions, it is best to give this to you now, so that you are aware of what you have access to."

He beckoned her closer as a gemmed ring came from his staff into the palm of his hand.

Nita stepped forth, hand laid out, eyes widening just a tad.

"Finally got to put it together, huh? So, what do I need to know about how to work this?"

Versus things she could improvise out in the field, once she knew the limits.

He handed her the ring. "You summon it from the gem. The armor is evolving and I'd recommend wearing it at all times. Like mine it is cloth soft when you are not endangered. Unlike mine it will overlay whatever you wear, rather than being as mine is, all I wear. So remove it only when changing, ideally. The weapon is a sword, I hope that is acceptable. It will scale to your comfort and balance, but will grow and evolve as you do. I may upgrade my armor as well at some point. Unlike the weapons I have offered to make for the others on the train, your weapon is bound to you as Zelda's will be to her and my staff is to me. No one, save perhaps me since I made it - though I am unsure if I could - could take the weapon from you."

"Any particular words to it, or just- willpower?"

The way things had used to be, back in Nautilus.

Though- "Could I give it to someone, in the middle of a fight? If I thought they could use the weapon better?"

Despite appearances, she was not actually a sword person - but Kit was, even without necessarily training in it. And if he ever showed up...

"Willpower. And no, it is bound to you. No one else will be able to wield it, but if a sword does not suit you, I could make you something different, if you prefer."

He'll just do his best to hide his disappointment. He should have studied her fighting style more, clearly.

Nita gives the gem a considering look.

"I mean, I'd hate to waste your work, but... maybe a gauntlet?"

The idea came to her unbidden, but thinking it over, it made more sense. She could already shield herself, after all, and she didn't need a typical weapon to make her will known.

"Something to help project energy long-distance."

An amplifier.

"It would not be a waste. I can work the weapon that I already made to remake it into such a thing. It will just take some additional effort."

Nita nodded. With Bending, shape was a lot more flexible a variable.

"Anything else you wanted to talk over, then?"

She made to hand the gem back for the time being.

"Just arranging when we can sit together to work on the gauntlet. Until then feel free to use the armor, even when not in danger so that it can acclimate to you."

"Probably-"

Nita thought, pausing and tilting her head back a little as she visualized the Calendar.

"The 27th or so of this month? Before the next platform, but it's pretty unlikely we'll be interrupted by a mission or another event."

She folded her hand over the gem again, tucking it into a pocket to better acquaint herself with later.

"Whenever you wish. I will be in the library, of course. And likely unaware of the date," he admitted. Considered. "Did we even have a calendar in Naut?" He was only barely aware of one here.

A nod.

"Think it last said- something in 2015? Definitely not like home, or here."

This one didn't even have years.

"2015....?" Was that a.... month...?

"Yeah. I think the last I'd checked it was May 2015 there? Or something. Month, then year," she clarified, just in case.

"Though a lot of my memories sort of blur together, especially the first couple years."

Hopefully her time here wouldn't go the same way...

"Oh right." Earth calendars. Like from those storms. Took him a moment was all. "Mine too, irritatingly."
