What you are is what you have been. [OPEN]
Who: Koumyou Sanzo and OPEN!
Where: All over the place!
When: Any time between the 3 questions event (Imagination 21) and the next mission.
What: A bunch of prompts and a wildcard, take your pick!
Warnings: Devero thread: some hot and heavy PDA toward the very end, and a minor reference to Dev's highly-abusive past relationship.
What you'll be is what you do now.
( In all prompts, Koumyou is in his full Sanzo uniform, not train-issued clothes. )
π Cleaning and Singing
Blue team is supposed to clean, and so that's what Koumyou's doing. The priest has a broom and a dustpan, and... no plan! He can be found sweeping up the main walkways mostly, and doing an alright job of it.
And as he works, the priest is singing to himself. Quietly enough that one would have to actively listen to hear it clearly, but it's there. The chances are good that he's not even aware he's doing it. He has a lovely singing voice, even at a low volume.
π Meditating
Koumyou's found an out of the way corner somewhere, and has sat down on the floor in full lotus position, eyes closed and breathing slow and even. One could almost think he's asleep, except his back is far too rigid, and his head's not even drooping.
Is the light a little brighter, in this corner? A little colder, almost like... moonlight?
πMeditating Napping
It's been long enough since the mission on Nion that Koumyou is no longer sleeping in every random nook and cranny in the train to recover, but that doesn't mean he won't still occasionally nod off somewhere inconvenient.
Is he drooling on one of the tables in the dining car? Snoring quietly in the cinema car? Slumped over onto his side in a seat in the standard car?
Maybe someone should wake him up.
π Smoking
There's only a few places Koumyou Sanzo won't smoke. The cabin he shares with three kids, and the hospital car. He's nowhere near the walking chimney his son grows up to be, but at least once a day the priest will light up a single plain, filtered cigarette.
It takes the edge off, and no one wants Koumyou Sanzo to not take the edge off.
π Wildcard?

After all, he'd become the youngest ever to make Sanzo, at least until Ukoku broke his record by a few years, and then Genjo by a lot.

Got Devero here playing hooky, after all.

He'll take it. It sounds awesome.
But for now, he twists to grab his tea off the table, and takes a drink. Gotta wash the memory-taste of Mistake Stew out of his mouth.
"Hey, Devero?"
no subject
Not that he needs to, since he's living it.
He looks over. "Yes, Koumyou?" he says, mostly for an excuse to say his name aloud again.
no subject
Yes, probably it does.
Koumyou smiles at hearing his name, and asks, "...Can I kiss you?"
He hasn't initiated one, so far!
cw abuse trauma
They've shared a few kisses by now, since agreeing to be-- whatever they are-- but always at Devero's request. And given the nature of his last "serious relationship", coupled with Koumyou's reserve with certain things-- well, it's been only too easy for Devero to default mentally to the role he played against his Madame. The needy one, the over-sexual one, the desperate one. Always offering his favors up, and having them reciprocated as an indulgence to him.
He's been struggling so hard to keep himself in check, so as not to overwhelm Koumyou with his everything. And even if he doesn't actively think about it this way, up until now their brief smooches have been, to Devero, 'something he does to humor me'.
So for Koumyou to ask, directly? To initiate and to seek Devero's consent before actually doing anything?
Devero's whole face lights up. "Yes," he breathes. "Oh yes, please."
no subject
"I feel like there's something more I could be doing here," the priest murmurs against Devero's lips, "I just don't know what. But I want to."

"Please."

"Please," Koumyou murmurs again, his lips gently parted.

Just gotta, you know, hold onto something. Anything. Mouth pliant and open to Devero's kissing, but he's not completely passive despite his lack of experience. His tongue chases after Devero's in a hot slide, and something suspiciously close to a moan happens at the back of his throat.

His hands.
It's an easy request to comply with, even though his world is trying to narrow to their lips and tongues and teeth. Slick and hot, intimate, tasting of Devero.
Koumyou's hands tighten in the other man's hair, and even drags him back from the kiss by it after a few moments, just enough so the priest can gasp out, "Should we... move?"
This is starting to approach the line between PDA and something a lot more private.
And he doesn't want to just stop, as evidenced by his mouth immediately returning to Devero's. One hand leaves his hair to dart down and grab onto the back of his shirt instead.
Another tiny break, "We should move."
cw they gettin hot and heavy now
Then Koumyou pulls his hair.
He's always had a thing for that, and the effect it has on him is immediate and only exacerbated when the priest uses that grip on his hair to separate them. His pupils are blown wide with desire, his chest heaving for air as they separate. "We should--" he agrees, disjointedly, then just groans again as Koumyou closes with him once more.
"Nng-- yes," he pants when they break apart again. He's the one who separates them bodily, but only so he can swoop Koumyou up into his arms. "Where to?" he growls.

But when he breaks away next, he points with his other hand, visibly shaking. "Next door, there's... little rooms that lock."
Rooms that lock and don't let sound out.
Pity about the glass doors, but, one hurdle at a time.

Tightening his arms around Koumyou, he all but runs for the end of the car and the cabin beyond...
