What: The much-awaited-and-discussed Adult Ballroom Social (and children's side event)

You've seen the flyers. You've heard the announcements. You've ordered additional party reinforcements if you wanted them. Some of you have even helped her to prepare. And now it's finally here - the Adult Ballroom Social that she's been planning these many, many week-and-a-half.
But you wouldn't know it only took that long to throw it together. She's gone all out for this one. Including the wardrobe that's been opened up, there are four cars that have been set aside for tonight. The main ballroom floor is in the non-training gym, which has been cleared and decorated for the occasion. The music is being piped in from the music car, where it's still playing for those who would prefer a more intimate and private setting. Meanwhile, the game room has been set out for the kids who would otherwise be left out of this adult and near-adult event.

He gives her one of his dumb shark smiles before leading her out onto the floor and puts his other hand on her side.
"Also if you step on my feet I won't take it personal."

"When my natural fin got removed? The first cybernetic one I had was made short so I could wear Kree armor. This is more like the one I woulda had if it was the real thing... Made better too. Maybe I won't have to get shot in the head and get it tested."
He starts out with smaller steps so he can get a feel for how she's going to move, keeping some space between their feet.
"I'll try not to look down, though. Might hit ya in the head with it." He knows that suddenly being taller is kind of funny.

Once he sees that they can keep pace, he settles into a comfortable rhythm with the music.
"So you got some pals back home, huh? Tell me about 'em?"

"Sound like good people to work with. Nice wide skillset."
He lifts his hand to let her spin, just so she can have a moment of showing off her nice dress, and then pulls her back in.
"I knew some green shape-shifters too. Weren't on my team but they're good company. Called 'Skrulls'. They can be absolute little shits, though."

"Alright, referee. Who won?"
He's pretty sure his crew had played similar games. And he'd just let it happen. Whatever they needed to do to entertain themselves that wasn't harmful.

He is on laundry team this month actually and he has not given the slightest of shits.
