Ain't no party like a kigurumi party
Who: The Yu-Gi-Oh! Crew
Where: Gaming Carriage
When: Quicksand, Day 20
What: A pyjama party or more specifically a kigurumi party
Warnings: Not anything really.
Yugi figured it would be nice to have a little bit of fun and relax for a change and after remembering of a moment when he was relaxed it gave him an idea. So platform day he had managed to buy something with the idea of using them to just have fun with those he was close to.
So he had set out to put the package in the gaming carriage, figuring this place was the best place to be as there was enough to do. Soon he placed the kigurumi he had brought down along with a note to each of thier cabins minus Kaiba who most likely got the message in person.
The note along with the kigurumi states: 'I hope you will join me in the gaming carriage for a fun evening. Wear what is provided.'
Yugi himself was already there dressed and making sure there was enough snacks that he made and such while waiting. He just hoped this went the way he hoped it would.

It's been a rough few months (and will only keep getting rougher!) He notices her stare about then and shuffles awkwardly.
"I think that's why Yugi wanted to do this. To remind us of a time that was simpler and happier."

"Blue-Eyes, right? Your Ace monster." Trying to lighten things up. "I didn't even know they made one of those."

"I wouldn't have approved it. Must be the Industrial Illusions end of the licensing deal. Pegasus and his cartoons..."
Darkness clouds his face, but only briefly. "But my dragon's been my guide for years. What's special about your monster?"
He's asking curiously, not snarkily. Don't worry.

You misspelled "very" for "very cute"."Now that is plausible." Chuckling a bit herself behind a raised paw. "Although I wouldn't say no to a few stuffed dragons myself." Her tone tilting up as if she was hinting that a certain ceo should set that in motion if he ever got a chance.
"My monster?" She repeated dumbly as the question catches her off guard. "I guess.. you wouldn't know it since I don't think we've ever played a duel since I got my deck back but Wolpertinger has been invaluable to me for a while." Though she would have thought Wingweaver a better choice if the train was going for most impactful in her life... but maybe it wasn't based on that alone. "He might look weaker on cardstock but he has a wicked effect and when you combine it with other cards for support..." She trailed off when she realized she was going off on a tangent.
".. Besides, I mean.. I guess just looking at it's art can bring a smile to my face. You know, when you need a quick mood boost." Man, this sounded lame didn't it?

But he listens to the answer with a soft expression. "Mm. I think most duelists feel that when they choose an ace monster. A powerful symbol of success, protection...and I suppose some must have their cute charms."
Says the man who's brought a clearly manly and dignified Blue Eyes plush to this meeting. It's sitting on the chair behind him.

Ok, but the cute charm thing, prompts a sheepish grin and the aforementioned tug on one of her fake ears. "Duelists do get invested in their decks, and their card choices. That's for sure." It was weird but when Kaiba was speaking specifically of ace monsters, Silvia couldn't help but think of Wolpertinger's ego inflating. Not that she had really assigned that role to any of her cards- not really. They were all important so how could you pick one?
It takes her a while to noticed the plush, she's so focused on the life sized blue eyes she's talking to; ha ha, or at least the man in the Blue-Eyes Pjs.

"Do you have any other games you like?" he asks quietly. There are plenty here, after all.
no subject
"Definitely." Was the easy answer. "Aside from duel monsters, you mean?" Of course that must be what he meant... "I've played a lot of card games because they're the most portable, but as for board games I'll play any of those too."
"What about you?"
