A New Platform [Intro Post July]
PLATFORM STOP: MONTH 19
(SYMPHONY)
(SYMPHONY)
BEFORE ARRIVAL
The voice of the Voidtrecker Express welcomes passengers at the same time as always, sometime after breakfast. With points updated, everyone can spend the morning shopping. Most people will be expecting the second announcement that comes a few hours later, as the colours of the void outside the windows blur more and more.
A lurch and a jolt, and the windows fill with the fog that means they are at a platform.
ON THE PLATFORM
1. THE ARRIVAL
At first, all your character can see is steam billowing around them as they come to their senses. But as their eyes adjust, they find themselves on a platform. It is a small platform, a dusty strip of concrete next to the tracks. The barrier is at the far end, housed in a brick shelter. The sky is dark with clouds and the air is damp. A fine drizzle falls, not heavy at all but they will find their clothes quickly become damp.
They stand in clothes not their own, in a style they might not even recognise. They're carrying a rucksack on their person, and for a moment it seems to just be them, alone on this platform. Before the fog starts to subside, and they'll see they are alone: facing the tracks.
But then there's a roaring sound to get their attention, and out from the fog arrives a train. A sleek black, it reads The Voidtrecker Express in gold lettering on the side. Every one of the doors hiss as they open automatically, and out pours a strange assortment of people. Some are human, some less so, with a majority wearing the same hoodie of four colours as they do, though some sport outfits in a variety of styles.
The train doors close behind them, and the vehicle is cloaked in the same fog that hides the world beyond the platform. A group of people head towards the gates of the platform, their expressions blank and unaffected by their surroundings. Altair Kallig, Aya Brea, Darth Nox, Eli Vanto, Elizabeth, Shen Qingqiu, Soma Cruz, Thrawn. They disappear through the barriers, but no one else can - all people can do is wait until the train re-emerges, finishing whatever changes it's making.

2. BOARDING THE TRAIN
After a short time, about ten minutes or so, the fog clears and the doors hiss open again. Everyone will feel a pull when they do, a need to board, and those from the train may encourage new arrivals to board. This feeling grows into one of apprehension and turns worse the longer they stay off-board.
For those that do board, they may find themselves in a few different carriages, but most likely the standard coach. A row of seats sit available, with a few tables between each. More likely than not, some cookies have been set out with jugs of drink, and cups available for pouring.
For those that don't, however, they're likely to attract attention if they're spotted. And if that fails... an unfortunate end will await them.

a. New arrivals will notice a screen and console in every carriage sharing the same message, and a stack of leaflets in holders by them offering further information to the curious (see 'Publications'). There are lavatories available on each carriage on one end, with another console with a deposit box under it at the other. This is the train shop.
b. It'll take some time for newbies to figure out the layout, even if there's only two directions to go in. Go one end, and you'll find the food stores and washing utilities. This month's key ingredient is broccoli, and you're sure to bump into others curious about what's in the stock.
c. Go to the other end, and you'll find the sleeper cabins. Plaques sit on the wall by each door with the names of their occupants, and one of these will be yours - hopefully, they'll figure out that swiping their ticket against the doorpad will open it up to them. In most rooms, the occupied beds are obvious, leaving the spotless, empty spaces for the newcomers. Room is tight, but there are storage cubbies at the head of each bed, beds fold up and, the bottom bunks double as benches for the small table. There is storage under those benches full of spare blankets and pillows.
d. At the farthest end in this direction is the luggage carriage, where passengers who have bought items from the train shop will find their purchases. These are scattered around the luggage carriage in various suitcases and bags, but there's also a small fridge and kettle here with bottled water, for those who want a quiet drink. For those curious about the reward for Purple Team they will find it here

SOME MISCHIEF
Those exploring the train will find that some passengers have been busy in the kitchens. Three bowls of hard candies are out for display, each labelled with a placard. All are free for the taking.
Energise! Provides an extra boost of energy.
Refresh! Like dipping tired feet into a cool spring.
Calm! Allowing you to start relaxing, like a prelude to meditation.
Energise is a red coloured candy that tastes faintly sweet. When eaten it provides about five hours worth of extra energy. This may lead to characters bouncing off walls, being easily distracted, being extra curious, or blurting out whatever comes to mind, including their feelings for other Voidtreckers. When combined with the Calm candy, a character's focus is increased, though they may feel more inclined to try new things or take new risks or chances.
Refresh is a green coloured candy that tastes faintly salty. With rivigourating divine energy within the candy, those who take it will feel mildly euphoric and floaty, bubbling, or otherwise happier. Literal floating of under a metre off the ground is possible while traveling the void, as well as having characters turn into small eastern styled dragons for about an hour. When combined with the Energise candy, characters may find they're capable of limited flight in the void. They may also find themselves as a tiny dragon with an obsessive focus on something small or silly, lasting as long as their dragon transformation, so about an hour.
Calm is a blue coloured candy that tastes faintly floral. This candy aids with rest and slowing down an overbusy mind. There's a side effect of grogginess after it wears off that grows proportionate to how many candies are consumed. Combined with Refresh candy, characters will find themselves more inclined toward open discussions, forgiveness and letting go, or engaging with people in ways they'd usually inhibit themselves from. So yes, a bit like being gently buzzed, with no hangovers.

DEPARTURE
The train begins to rumble with activity, and the platform starts to disappear into a fog as the voidcraft moves. A female-coded artificial voice echoes throughout the train.
"Welcome aboard, passengers of the Voidtrecker Express. Please take the time to read the passenger information displayed on the Information and Communication points, and familiarise yourself with the layout and emergency exits."
The train begins to tilt, leaving the ground and rising up into the fog-filled sky.
"Entrance into Voidspace imminent. New passengers are advised to remain seated. Entry into Voidspace in ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one."
A shudder, a jolt, a lurch to the left. A flash of light, colourful and blinding. As quick as it happens it is done. The train seems to steady itself. The fog from the windows is gone now, replaced with a kaleidoscope of ever-changing colours.

Thank you to Rakel (player of Lan Jingyi) for the enchanted candy mischief. Any questions about those should be directed to them.

Re: Platform Shenaigans
As for Najaran, she will be - as usual - finding a space as far from the train as she can that is as clear as possible and summoning her friends, some of whom are eye catching and hard to miss. Specifically Wall Of Stone,Gargoyle, Thunderbeak, and Knight. She will probably be flying around on Thunderbeak at some point. The other creatures will be about too, but less visibly noteworthy for shenanigans purposes.
Candy Questions
Re: Candy Questions
-Are the dragons capable of communication?
-What happens to their clothes?

Ryou Bakura | Blue | OTA
[Being from the year 1999, Ryou tends to be unfamiliar with more recent tech. And today, he's trying to figure out the 3D printer.
Thankfully the thing is easy to figure out with the available instructions, but it's still a bit tricky for someone who's never seen a 3D printer before to work. Any tips would be helpful.]
2. Literal Dice Dragon
[So Ryou had some of the candies, which had seemed like a good idea at the time - up until he abruptly transforms into a small white dragon.
More specifically, a small white dragon with an obsession over his set of gaming dice. He's not going to be easily separated from the small bag of dice. Anyone who tries to get close will be met with a tiny dragon doing his best to guard what's his.]

Your treasure horde. What is it?
[ It's taken him a bit, but he can sorta communicate in an echo-y warped version of his voice. ]

Link | Legend of Zelda, Ocarina of Time | Blue
One would think Link would be used to waking up in weird places by now. Seven years in the future, Nautilus, the first time he'd arrived on the train---but, this time was a little different. He had no memory of leaving the train in the first place.
When had he left? How long had he been gone? Why had he gone?
He stopped in the middle of trying to catch a glimpse of his reflection when he was suddenly struck with the realization that he'd left Clef, Shadow, and Zelda. Link felt a wave of panic, wanting to reassure the three of them he was alive and well, and apologize profusely for any undue worry he might have caused them.
Link only hoped he hadn't been gone for too long.
Lemme knowif I need to edit.
Making sure he had a copy of every book he had purchased or copied from elsewhere, his pen, all his notes...
Well, all his notes except one. He wrote a handwritten note for Shadow and Zelda. He suspected Leia knew what he intended but... He wanted to say goodbye if his fiddling pushed him into breaking his tether.
That note he kept, folded and sealed in one hand, ready to drop it if he felt himself departing.
What he found instead as he floated above looking for a place to sit and focus was familiar blond hair.
Had... had it worked? Had something he had tried before actually worked? Dare he hope? Vanishing the letter into his staff he floated closer at what may have been alarming speed. Link! It was Link!
Clef dropped his shield and the ground he was standing on fell. He dropped with it, but close enough to the ground and to Link that he was able to not fall, to run and all but fling himself at his boy.
Okay, there was no all but. He actually flung himself at his son.
Only when he was about to collide with the boy did it occour to him... that given Zelda there was every chance Link... would not actually remember him at all.
But by then it was far too late.
It's great!

But as he heads inside and draws nearer the music carriage, he'll hear the strains of a familiar harp, the notes wandering and almost agitated, gradually coming into focus.

seto kaiba | orange | ota
Only one passenger waits for them this time, while more disembark. And the passenger is someone returning---he's long wondered whether the train's ability to recruit new lights has weakened. It's worrying.
He's going to worry in the rain about it, idly sipping at a mug of tea and not seeming to notice how soaked he gets.
"I hoped the void stop would strengthen the tethers...guess not." It's worrisome.
dragon dance
A short while later, passengers on their way through certain cars might spot two unusual sights:
In the art car, there is a silvery-blue serpentine dragon with its claws coated in red paint. It's attacking a sheet of paper, and seems to be trying to scrawl 'DON'T EAT THE CANDY. DANGER.' Someone's clumsy with their new limbs, so it's not the most legible.
Perhaps relatedly, in the lab car right in front of the art car, there is an empty pile of clothes: white trenchcoat, black outfit, belts, orange SCA, a black and red ring, and a card-shaped red locket on a simple brown cord.

It takes him a moment to work it out but he recognises the clothes and he crouches down next to the dragon.

Nozomi Yumehara | Purple | OTA (except for one)
Things were a little worrisome. There was only one person coming on board and so many leaving? It might be a sign of things to come. However, she needed to find out of the things she ordered had come like promised.
Heading for the luggage carriage, Nozomi searched around before spotting the two things she requested. The first was a second CureMo. She had planned on making Ple Two a Cure if she could get one. She hoped it would work, though...
The second was something a little more special for herself - a black, white and gold outfit. Magic can be felt within it. With a sigh, Nozomi scooped out the outfit and hugged it briefly.
"I'm gonna need your help a bit, mom..." she muttered.
Recruitment Time - Locked to Ple Two
With everything in order, Nozomi began wandering the train, poking her head through various portals in her search for Ple Two. It was time to see if things would work.
"Ple? Ple!" she called out. "Are you here? I got what we need!" She hoped she wasn't one of those that left the train... "Come out, come out, wherever you are~!"
A Change of Clothes
With one job done, Nozomi had to do something herself. Taking the trunk containing the outfit into the training gym, she popped it open once more and gathered the items out. "It feels weird doing this, but... I think I need a change."
Transforming into Cure Dream, she looked over the other outfit, brushing her hand over it. She can feel a pull on it, like both her costume and the outfit before her wanted to join together.
"...I'm not sure I can do this..." she uttered.

Idia Shroud | Orange Team | OTA
As always, Idia is there, at the platform when the train stops, still hating it. It was still too early for him, despite him trying to be better at going to bed earlier now days, but… he’s a long time night owl, he’s still struggling at it, as well as getting up at a time like this. He won’t stay there long, just enough to ‘do his part’ he’s forced to do, before heading to the kitchen for a tea mug top up.
And to find those candies. Huh, he guesses Jingyi got around to making them after all. Reading over the cards carefully… they really don’t offer much information, do they? But you know what… sure, let’s try one. Idia like candy. He likes it a lot. It’s his favorite food. And you know what, sure, some energy right now would be good, Idia picking up one of the red Energise candies and looking it over. He hopes Jingyi made sure they tasted good.
II – Lab Carriage
Those red candies were so good! They were great! It’s like chugging a couple of cans of 24 hour energy drink! Which Idia has totally done during a time crunch to get something done, leaving him well buzzed afterwards and who know what kind of stress on his heart, but it got the job done and was kind of a thrill to be that jittery on caffeine. The candies felt like that, it maybe not helping that Idia had taken a handful of them and munching on a few well within that five hours period they had.
And he was getting work done too, frantic but productive, only being slowed down by how long it took items to be made, racing between the Lab Carriage and the 3D printer. For those who had seen him working on projects before the may recognize a few components, those similar to his broom he had made before, though there was enough parts here for two, and in different colours: one with tones of green and black, the other with yellows and earth tones.
Headphones up and over his ears, Idia is nodding his head away to the music, a foot bouncing against the floor, as he frantically taps away on several holoscreens from his computer, a finger moving now and then to use his magic to make items float around him and do work on the broom parts or writing in a book, the pen floating and scribbling ideas down seemingly all by itself. He’s very much in his own zone right now.
III – Voice over ICP – NOTE: spoilers for Chapter 6 gameplay in link
Idia’s voice pops up over the ICP during the day, and since he’s not stuttering or seeming to have any issues with talking to the entire train, it seems clear he’s still been eating those red candies.
“I need game testers to try out the game I’ve reproduced. It’s in the gaming carriage, I’ve set up a new console and controller for anyone to try.” It’s all delivered in a rather frantic and fast paced pitch, but also full of excitement. “I know I haven’t made any mistakes and it’s perfect, but you never know when something might glitch out. Let me know if so.”
“Oh, also,” Idia adds, “I set it to noob mode. I doubt anyone here can handle the expert levels, but if you think you’re up to it, I’ll see if you can handle it.” A low ‘heeheehee’ chuckle popping up afterwards from him.
IV – Library
You know what… Idia has been promising Jingyi he was going to try and get better with calming his emotions for this stupid link they were given, especially at night, especially at late night. It’s why Idia had also pocketed some of those blue candies later into the day. He was still a little buzzed on taking so many red ones earlier on, but maybe the blues would help cancel them out.
Only for Idia to discover that mixing the two instead offered a weird send of calmness versus the relaxation he was expecting. It’s… nice… but it makes him want to work more. Not the same frantic energy from earlier in the day, a more relaxed but focused work. It’s how he’s found himself curled up in a chair in the library despite it being late into the night, or maybe early. Several books around him as he types away on one of his screens. He’s still typing at a level of a very well experienced touch typer, but without the same level of ‘need to get this down!’ energy that was often about Idia trying to get ideas out of his head and recorded.
It’s not quite the plan he had with these candy, and he may be at it until that red one wears off and the blue one fully takes over before he shuffles off to bed.
V – Wildcard
III
Now he is practically vibrating.
"What kind of game? Can In play it? What is noob mode? I bet I can handle the expert levels I'm really good at games!"

Katsuya Jonouchi | OTA
[It would not be incorrect to say that Katsuya ran back onto the train after they were allowed to. Obviously of course, they all had to get off. That's what happened when people left, and boarded, and more importantly when the train took a minute to take stock and fix itself (or perhaps just get everyone shiny new toys). They got kicked off.
But that's over now, and more importantly Katsuya is frankly eager to see exactly one thing amid all this typical platform day despair and confusion.
.........
...He can be found in the pet's carriage, shouting for joy.] YEAAAAAAAH!!!
[He is immediately playing with the rising table.] Oh man, no more haulin' Amar up on th's thing...
[A wooloo, resembling a large walking ball of wool, gives a disgruntled 'maaa'. That is probably Amar.]
Heck, I could probably use th's t' get you nice an' watered even, Rakak..!
[Rakak, a larger goat creature, who happens to have a back full of leaves, gives a far more eager 'baaaa'. Being watered sounds great.] An' uhhhh...
[The third pokemon there, a glistening, rainbow colored pony who is somehow smaller than even the sheep, stares expectantly. Katsuya stares back. And keeps staring.
And eventually the blond just gives up and turns to whoever just walked in, as if he knew they were coming. Uncanny, that.]
Nyyhhhh...whatdy' think, what's good f'r Kaseri here?
[Kaseri, the ponyta, gives an immediate stomp and pouting 'neii'.]
[Don't Try This At Home Kids (CANDY)]
[Standing before the bowls of candy, there is an Idiot.
Which isn't to say Katsuya is dumb exactly, it's just, there are certain things he will jump into without really planning for it, and today features one of those somethings. There are three candy bowls before him. All are clearly labeled. All clearly have side effects that, while perhaps capable of working well in pairs (or at least interestingly), should probably definitely absolutely Not Be Taken As A Trio.
Katsuya is Definitely Considering It.]
If I take 'm all at once...
[dear god someone stop him]
don't try this at home
Don't.
[ If the (slightly higher-pitched) voice doesn't tip Jonouchi off about who this is, perhaps the small surge of alarm through the bond will. ]

Kiyoiri Matsuda | OTA
[Kiyoiri has gotten a new outfit. It isn't her usual fare- it looks regal compared to her dream-like palette, the deep navy blue something she would normally not be caught in at all. She's first seen in it coming out of the washroom at the sleepers, not too long after the train has let everyone board again to get their packages and take off- tugging experimentally on the gloves, tapping her boot to the ground to make sure it's on properly.
She doesn't linger. Her stop from there after all, is the training carriage; pulling obstacles out to set up for use, and then quickly running the paces through it. It's a pretty strange choice of clothes for that kind of thing. Maybe if she was in her usual, it wouldn't be so strange, but...
...Well.
It's really not her usual.
(And frankly, for anyone who's never really seen her before, it's strange for someone to do an obstacle court in a ball uniform as it is.)]
[Lower Your Expectations Of Ninjas, Immediately - Medical Carriage]
[Naturally, Kiyoiri isn't intending to spend a whole day in what's essentially a battle uniform. The Mystic Code is put away- or at least, mostly put away, considering her teacher's interest in its mechanics once that comes up- but it's put away, and she moves on to focus on other matters. While she certainly could use her spare time for less taxing things, there is something fairly unique about learning the techniques and tricks of an entirely different world, and it's something that makes her a frankly eager student.
However the hell 'eager' manifests with Kiyoiri, at least.
As it stands, she seems to be focusing on something in her hand- her eyes narrowed, her fingers poised as if to hold a knife.
...Or perhaps, a scalpel.]
....Ah.
[The patience pays off. Gleaming, razor sharp and almost ghostly, it's soon there.]
...Hmn.
[And then there's two. Three. F...Four?]
...this is simpler than I thought it would be.
[That's four! FOUR SPOOKY ENERGY SCALPELS!
(Ah! Ah! Ahh!!)]
fashion
Which means it might be.. a Kiyoiri sensibility? He wouldn't be too surprised by that, there definitely is something odd about the girl at all times.
And not just because she's a girl, though Inigo does think all girls are mysteries in the first place.
Still, it leaves him staring at the other for a moment after entering the carriage, before slowly speaking up with: ]
Is.. something special going on here..?
[ ???
Is there some special rule about what clothes you must wear to train here today, or something? ]

Rezo Greywords | Red Team | OTA
This platform has a quiet feeling to it, despite the usual bustle when everybody leaves. Somewhere between the lack of newcomers and the grey weather an odd mood has formed, something thoughtful and almost tense, as if voidspace itself were holding its breath.
Or maybe that’s just Rezo’s own state. Things have been different ever since the visit to the voidbase, where he’d made his unpleasant confessions to Lioriley, and later everyone pieced together the fate of the original crew. It’s a hopeful sort of different, but that hope is a fragile one.
Before the requisite ten minutes are up, Rezo has secured a mug of tea and a spot where people hopefully won’t be likely to walk into him. The brick enclosure has limited space, so said spot is out on the concrete strip. The drizzle has formed a fine layer of dew in his hair and on his shoulders, which he barely notices.
Rezo sips at his tea and idly remarks, “I hope nobody catches a cold from this weather.”
Entering the greenhouse today, one will most likely notice that Rezo’s usual clothes have been abandoned in a heap on the ground. This may or may not be alarming, depending on how aware you are of the candy shenanigans that have been going on today, and what your precise feelings on Rezo are. Rezo himself isn’t immediately apparent, but he hasn’t gotten far.
Rezo has mostly put together what has happened to him; he’s a lot smaller, in a body that is clearly designed for quadrupedal movement over bipedal. And he’s worked out that he’s still in the greenhouse, as the smell is the same (actually, it’s a little stronger than it normally is for him) and he’s stumbled over various plants and planters after escaping from the fabric prison that had previously been his clothes.
He has not, however, put together what to do about his situation and, operating mostly on instinct, has wound up wedged in between a few potted plants. He feels safer there, although an outside observer might be slightly alarmed by what appears to be a purple serpent trying to hide amongst the pots.
[[Y’know the drill. HMU with your own prompt or let me know if you want a custom one from me.]]
DRAGON TIME
Someone had mentioned something about candy earlier, and dragons, and she suddenly wished she had paid closer attention at the time. Thankfully, the connection to at least one of those things could be made when she saw the small purple dragon trying to meld into the potted plants nearby. Putting all the strange pieces of the puzzle together suggested something had happened to Rezo, and that serpent was probably him after a series of unfortunate accidents. Or experiments. It really didn't matter which.
"Rezo!" She called as she hurried over to his hiding spot, kneeling down in front of the pots. "Darling what happened? Can you speak?"

Esteban Drake | Purple Team | OTA
The art carriage isn't often one of Esteban's haunts. He has no skills for it, no patience and little to no desire to learn. He's always moving too fast and doing too many things, and art gets so finicky that he doesn't really care to sit down and make pretty things. But-- well. He's... thinking now.
There's several sheets in front of him; the pretty ones from the variety packs, with colours strewn everywhere. He's got no skill for art, and he's not really trying to draw, or fold-- a doomed exercise-- but there is a pen twirling in his hand, eyes gently closed as he lingers into some rare form of quiet, almost meditation.
Loops and swirls pepper the patterned paper, dots and lines twisting in his surprisingly elegant scrawl, where the alphabets blend and make up their own language, one maybe even only Esteban can understand. There's no linear start or finish to his little project, just words; maybe even names, if one spends enough time to read a few.
"Need a spot?" He shifts to glance at his companion, eyes bright even as he starts gathering his little project closer freeing the chairs next to him. There's plenty enough room in the carriage for anyone, but that doesn't seem to slow him down.
II - Sunbathing dragon
There's something about scales that just makes him itch for warmth.
The spa carriage is always a good spot for him to relax and enjoy the mild heat, but there is just something all the more soothing to be curled up onto the entire bench, his long, slender body stretched just underneath the water, with only the tip of his nose breaking the surface. Set near the pool, a sunlamp gleams onto the surface, breaking into the water where his very very short limbs are all bundled up, and the fan of his tail and wings are wrapped over the rim, like discarded clothes.
Anyone approaching the pool might get a finned ear to flick as their only warning, before a very wet, very eager dragon pops out of it, sloshing water all across the tiles, with lips parted unapologetically over sharp teeth, folds creasing over the long, red-scaled nose.
III - Obstacle course!
He's never been good at sitting still.
With the wooden module stretched out from the walls, and the various obstacles he could find in place, Esteban is darting across the carriage, leaping from a ladder and onto a balance beam, where he doesn't dare to pause before he cartwheels further, skipping off it and onto a stretched rope by the end of the thin surface.
The half-elf grins if anyone finds themselves in the carriage, and waves at them to join him easily enough.
"Wanna play tag?" he offers, between harsh breaths. "Red cubes an' ribbons 're one-second contact rules!" Throughout the maze of beams, poles, ropes, and other obstacles, the red colour is easy enough to spot, leaving a good few paths scattered throughout the carriage.
Clearly, someone spent a long time setting this up properly. Some paths are easier, and have shorter distances between the scattered items, while others are made wider, forcing large leaps and quicker movements.
IV - Obstacle course! (reprise)
There's laughter in his lungs, which can't quite make it out with how hard he's breathing, perched up high on the module, uncomfortably crammed between two of the handbars. Finally, they're resting, and he lets his feet dangle down from the module as he breathes deeply; stretches the last of his weariness away. Both hands come to card through his hair to let some cooler air through the bangs and Esteban smiles openly at his companion.
"Okay, okay! I'm done. Completely exhausted," he claims, filling his lungs between each short sentence. It's been a while since he had this much careless fun, but he's reveling in it, glowing with the simple happiness that this provided for him.
"You okay?" he asks after a quick pause, checking in with his companion. "I got some water bottles out by the door."
sunbathing dragon
He's just peacefully swimming on the surface when he's splashed, and he swivels to face the other dragon. "Having fun?" he asks dryly.

Well that was a short lived roommate. She sighed as she watched the people leaving. Eight of them. And only one new person. Not even new. Link. Someone old.
She frowned looking around at the train and tilting her head. "Do you think it did be listening? We did be telling it that bring us here did be being bad. Do you be thinking it did be bringing less people on purpose?" She asked anyone nearby, anyone who bothered listening.
There's never been only one person before. Well he wouldn't need any help, so there wasn't exactly anything to do.
Tiny Dragon Wants Your Sweets
Of course she had tried some candy. Red candy, green candy. And now she was a dragon. A very excitable dragon, flying around the carriages and occasionally bumping into things.
She might have been a bit more freaked out by the whole situation but honestly? It was fun. Flying was great and she felt excited, energetic.
Also she wanted sweets. It was practically all she could think about, swooping close to anyone who had chocolate, sweets of any kind and getting close. It was hard to be stealthy when you were a dragon.
Platform
"I'm not entirely sure. I mean, I haven't been here too long, but..." He shrugged a bit. "Maybe it is. After what we found out about it..."

Thanatos| Hades | Red | OTA
Bean dragon mouse on the loose!
[ While on the platform, Mort had sampled one of each of the sweets. Thanatos was in no such mood to have anything, but he wouldn't prevent Mort from trying a new snack.Once in the Void, this became a different matter all together. Mort remains the same size (small), shape (round), and colors (grey, yellow, magenta snoot) but is more lizard-like. And he can fly. Whatever Thanatos was going to do has been left behind as he chases down a small bean literally bouncing off the walls with his new found ability. ]
Mort! Get back here!
[ Mort has no issue barreling into people as well. Not even for a FITE. Just to BONK. ]
Greenhouse reaching out/meditation
[ With Mort exhausted and back to his usual mouse self, Thanatos sits facing the windows and the swirling Void outside. He holds one of the stones the Ministry gave them tries to search for those missing. The platform showed that more left and even fewer joined. (Thanatos left his report as usual and then waited to be let back on the train.) Is Persephone and the others out there? He still thinks she's the one he has the best chance of finding if it's possible. Thanatos isn't sure it is, but he tries because it's the only thing he can do. ]Wildcard: Choose Your Own Adventure
[[ OOC: Got an idea? Write up a starter or plot something out. Feel free to contact me by journal DM,boop the mouse
Raising a brow as he glanced between the small... thing, and Thanatos calling out, Vegeta's hand shot up within a blink of an eye, lightly pinching one of Mort's little dragon horns between his fingers.]

Usagi Tsukino | Sailor Moon (AU) | OTA
Energetic And Focused!
Usagi's sweet tooth couldn't be tamed seeing the various hard candies among her. She helped herself to a few, intending on using them to sate herself over the day. Instead, Usagi found herself... excited. Like she had to blow off all this excess energy. And when combined with that calming candy, the excess energy found a new channel.
Usagi found herself back in the training gym once more, this time trying out the ribbon copy magic she tried earlier. She still hadn't refined it, this time just focusing on letting it have a body and deciding to let it spar with her. It wasn't like the training holograms back on the station, but it would do in a pinch, especially since it seemed to know the best ways to fight Usagi and try to pin her.
"Now, if I can only give you a face without passing out..." Usagi muttered.
Energetic and Refreshed
It seemed like a lot of people had been taking this combination and getting into a lot of dragon-y mischief. It seems, though, that Usagi got the short end of the stick, instead being the one who just gets the flying ability.
Did it matter? Not really - Usagi would find herself using that odd energy to playfully scoop someone into the air and cuddle with them briefly.
"I'm sorry, but you're so warm..." Usagi uttered, smiling.
Energetic and Refreshed
Of the things that Zelgadis expected to happen today, a surprise hug from a flying fellow passenger was not on the list.
"You could have asked!?"
He's not mad, just very confused.

[Of course Zagreus is going to take free food, regardless of what it is. He first tries the Red candies, finding them scrumptious enough to have a few more. He takes a handful and puts them in his pouch for later. Of course after that he tastes the Green ones, and finds them delightfully satisfying, and also dumps a handful of those into his pouch. Finally he tries the Blue confections, and... oh. Oh, these are wonderful. They remind him so much of Persephone, both of them, that he takes two handfuls of them and places them in his pouch. He can be seen snacking on them throughout the journey at random, sometimes two Red at a time, sometimes one Green and one Blue... and sometimes, all three colors.
And then the side effects kick in. Whoops? Should have read the placards a little closer.]
(( ooc: If you want a specific color, or combination of colors, feel free to ask for it!
Red = Zagreus will tell you basically anything you want to know about him, all you have to do is ask. And he will tell you about it at the rate of a mile a minute. Most likely found burning off all his extra energy in one of the gyms.
Green = Zagreus can be found enjoying his newfound floating powers in the garden cars! He finally gets to float around like Than!
Blue = Cuddly Zagreus, anyone? Zagreus is particularly clingy and snuggly while he talks about the ever dreaded ~feelings~. Most likely found in one of the comfier rooms.
Red/Green = Zagreus is a tiny, energetic dragon who will absolutely tell you his life story while he's doing donuts around the ceiling of whatever car he's in.
Red/Blue = Zagreus is really, really into doing chores. Like, really into doing chores. He's been going at this for hours. And he's been doing all of them, regardless of team color. Maybe someone should convince him to stop?
Green/Blue = Zagreus is a tiny dragon who is lightly dozing on his "hoard" of Red Team clothing in the Laundry. Could one of your shirts be in his pile? Probably. But he's not going to give up his treasures so easily.
Every color candy = Zagreus is a tiny dragon who burps little flames no more than an inch long, makes teeny tiny sprouts grow wherever he walks on dirt, or has the very limited capability to shape water. Think like a thimbleful of water at a time.))
II. Chariots of Fire
[Idia has been working on this project for sweet Cerbie for a while, and the time has come to put it to fruition. With a little assistance from Idia, Zagreus has managed to attach a miniature chariot to the plush pupper, who happily struts down the halls of the Train with his new prize, showing it off with eagerness to anyone he meets. He'll even happily escort smaller companions in it, if they want to hitch a ride! (Though he is a sentient plush doll, and can only pull so much.)
Zagreus also seems to enjoy taking Cerbie to the gym with it, and letting him run around the track in a mock chariot race. In fact, he may even join Cerbie for a few laps! Cerbie always wins at the last minute, of course.
This Cthonic Companion, much like an overly energetic puppy, does not ever seem to get tired of running around. But he will happily show off his new toy to anyone who approaches, yipping and wiggling his three tails a mile a minute. And Zagreus follows behind him with a grin and a friendly "hey, mate" to anyone who stops by to admire Idia's masterpiece.]
III. Wild Thing
(( ooc: Not interested in the other prompts? Toss me a wildcard here! ))
II but I'm happy for Zag to be on whatever mix of candy you want him on for this
There may also be a degree of rushing from Idia that he normally wouldn't have, normally making sure everything was prefect and worked as it supposed to. Blame it on him munching on those red candies during the day.] Ok, got it. [Idia leaning back from where he was squatting next to Cerbie, rocking back on his feet a bit as he eyed it all up together. Really it did look good, if he says so himself, and he does, and Cerbie's red colors worked well against the black tones of the chariot Idia has modeled on his own from home. Just, you know, more ground based than air based as his was.]
What you think? [He asked to Zag.]
Let's go red too, make it a double red party

Trunks Brief (Future) | Purple | OTA
This time, he just sighs deeply. Pulling the purple hood up, he lets himself float up to the top of the train and takes a seat. The dampness will only bother him a little bit. He's not usually this open about being in a down mode or brooding though--at least he usually wasn't while he'd been on the train.

Masumi Sera | OTA
[It's been a year since Masumi first set foot on the train. One whole year, and she's still stuck here, unable to go home and reunite with her family. She's been trying to keep her head up about the situation and focus on helping where she can, but it's tricky sometimes.
She can't even really put on a forced smile for platform, so now she's just standing near the train, watching the departing group of people walk out the gate. She...probably needs someone to talk to.]
2. Candy Shenanigans
[The good news is that Masumi's not among those to turn into a tiny dragon because of the candies. The bad news is that she's now floating off the ground, with no idea how to really control her movement or make it stop.
She's not too high up, but it sure is annoying, especially when she's now stuck using whatever little handholds she can find on the train walls to pull herself along.]
Re: Masumi Sera | OTA
[Well, it usually means something.]
Hey, are you okay?
Q'uila Sunrise | Locked to Elidibus
"Elidibus, may I have a moment of your time?"
no subject
Q'uila's arrival came before he could reach out to see if the Voidtrecker Express was available. He probably knows who it is before the door is opened but she's still the recipient of a somewhat speculative regard.
"It would depend on what you require, Q'uila."
Yes, she's graduated to having a name. With three Warriors of Light on board, it's finally become somewhat of a necessity. Also he's not immediately stepping aside to invite her in, which is reasonable. Admittedly, cabins probably don't have a lot of room for axe maintenance anyway.
