Winter Wonderland [Event]

”Good Morning passengers. Today is day Twenty Four of the month of Catfish. You may wish to look out of the window.”

As passengers wake in their beds they will indeed notice something different about the light. If they look out of the window, instead of the ever changing void they will see white slopes of mountains, flakes of snow alling down around them and frost covered trees zipping past the windows. If they glance at the ICP on the table they will see a message.

Investigating the dressing cart they will find the drawers and cupboards unlocked once again. However, instead of the fantasy-esque clothing of world #25768 they will find thick winter coats, hats, gloves and scarves. There are heavy fur lined boots and even some ice skates.

Entering the garden carriage they will see that the glass dome of the roof has opened, leaving the carriage exposed to a bright blue sky. Any nonsense of the past few weeks has vanished, leaving the carriage pristine. Not that that is easy to notice as it is covered in a thick layer of snow. The paths are clearer, a light dusting of snow but easy to talk through. Around the paths the drifts are high, perfect for snowman building or a snowball fight.

The streams and the pond in the centre are solid ice. Anyone brave enough to try to find the ice holds their weight for ice skating.

And the ICP message was correct. There is hot chocolate in the stores.

"Okay!" On three he gave a big push and soon the ball was all the way up against the tree. "Good work!" He held his hand up for a high five.

Elfnein gave Romeo a high five as soon as he held his hand up. Part one of build a snowman was done, now they needed to get the other parts made and put on the base.

"There's two more snowballs that have to be placed on the base."

"Two more?" He nodded, they could do that!

"Lets make one each, these ones are much smaller, right?"

[alchemists]

"Which one do you want to make? The middle or top one?"

It would still take the two of them to lift it onto the base, but Romeo was right about making one each being the better way.

[myblueskies]

"I'll make the middle one and you can make the head one!" He grinned, "Then we can work together to stack them all up!"

Because that was important, or it wouldn't look like a snowman at all!

[alchemists]

"Ok, when we're done with our parts we can meet back here."

[myblueskies]

"Alright!" He grinned at her, "See you soon!"

And he's off, gathering snow and beginning to roll it so he could make a big ball, but not as big as the one they've already made!

Elfnein was off making the smaller snowball needed for the head. It was still a bit of a struggle since she didn't really have a lot of upper body strength but she was really determined.

"How is your part going?"

She had yelled over to Romeo wanting to check in before moving on.

"Good! I think I'm almost done!" He begins to roll it back over to where the first big snowball is.

"Do you need help?"

[alchemists]

"I should be able to handle it, I'm more concerned about getting the middle part on."

[myblueskies]

"We can work together for that bit!" He is pretty sure that together they would be strong enough to lift it!

"I think it's big enough so we can put it on now!"

[alchemists]

"How about we start lifting on the count of three then?"

They needed to get into position so there would be no slipping or falling after all.

[myblueskies]

"Okay!" He moved so he was in the right place to lift the snow ball. "One. Two. Three!"

[alchemists]

Elfnein was using most of her upper body strength to lift the snowball onto the base, how people were able to do this without help is questionable.

"I think it's on correctly?"

[myblueskies]

"I think so!" Romeo made a job of inspecting it before nodding and holding up his hand for a high five. "You did a great job! Now for the next one!"

It is smaller, but they also need to lift it higher!

[alchemists]

High five time is all the time!

"It's over here, but maybe we should get a step stool to try and make sure it gets on without issues?"

[myblueskies]

"Um... I'm not sure we got one. There might be one in the store room or a crate we can stand on!"

Because it is high... However! "We could jump! Or I could jump and you could fly. Or teleport up there!"

Putting a head on a snowman was tricky, but they could figure it out!
