The Yeetening
Who: Bucky and anyone else
Where: Various cars throughout the train -- anywhere Bucky is likely to find a few quiet moments to accidentally nod off.
When: Domino 13 through 15
What: Bucky's pretty sure he's gotten sick, but good luck getting him to accept help. Eventually, he starts accidentally nodding off in various public places, but his startle response poses a problem for anyone who's thinking about waking him.
Warnings: Physical violence, insomnia, anxiety and PTSD symptoms, there will definitely be some cursing.

Get Well Soon | Domino 13
Even though everyone on the train has been better since before the mission, Bucky is absolutely certain he's come down with whatever it was Peter had. It's a fitting punishment for accidentally helping spread it, but doesn't realize it's just sleep deprivation. For now, he's camped out in the game car, nursing some peppermint tea and staring blankly at whatever or whoever is in front of him. At least until the train sends him to his bed for morning announcements.
Eat Your Yeets | Domino 14-15
Bucky is asleep. Somewhere on the train, in a public or semi-public space, he is dozing. He's seated himself in a corner, slouched down in a bean bag chair, or maybe even nodded off still on his feet. Wherever he is, his eyes are closed and his brow is furrowed, but that's the only clue you're going to get about the content of his nightmares. By morning on the 15th, there is a paper stuck out of his hand, with "DO NOT TOUCH ME" written in bold, black letters.
Do you dare to disturb him?
[OoC: Please include which day you're using for this prompt as Bucky's stress level will increase over time, and that determines how he responds to being woken up after the initial flinch reaction.]

"Noooooo, am pretty sure that's not how it works." He raises an amused eyebrow at the pout.
"Like. Seriously. Maybe get some shut-eye in an actual bed? You're less likely to be disturbed there too."

That gets a scowl, because here is a kid (ha) trying to tell him what's best for him. "It is if you have nightmares like mine," he replies, torn between pouting and scowling. "I'd rather be disturbed than left to sleep."

"But then you'd get extremely sleep deprived, and you might randomly fall asleep in places like this." He points out, grinning. "And still have terrible nightmares. Wouldn't it be better to get it all out of the way properly first?"

Wow, how dare you use logic against him. RUDE! He's nearly pouting as he replies. "If I wait long enough, I won't have them at all," which was... not exactly a lie. It's just that he wasn't going to be able to stay awake that long. At some point he was going to just pass out beyond the point of being easily awakened and he'd have to suffer through the nightmares then.

"That's called blacking out, and I'm damn sure that ain't healthy."

But also he kind of hates doctors. "There's no cure for nightmares." Unless there was.

"Please."

Bucky looms nearby, listening in on the conversation and frowning to himself. Music? To cure nightmares?
He sighs. “I’ll try anything once,” he grumbles.

"Yep! Pointy ears, inhumanly pretty, long hair, and glow." He rattles off. "Maglor is the sad one with a harp!"

"But like, they're all healthy, yeah? So probably not."
He spreads his hands expressively. "Magic?"

"Right..." Bucky doesn't sound at all sure, but he nods. "Okay. I'll go... do that." And he gets up, for exactly that purpose.
