DAY 25 đŸ’™ [OPEN POST]
Who: Naminé, Terra & YOU!
Where: Gym Car & Around the Train
When: Day 21 - Day 25 of month Domino
What: Training/Drawing/Heart-to-heart
Warnings: None yet.
TRAINING
Naminé wasn't much of a fighter but after experiencing her trouble on the ice world she wanted to learn more. She had her powers but they were a little frightening to use. What if she shattered another's heart? Wouldn't that be worse than dying or melting? Somehow, this felt like it was better.
She was there through morning classes learning hand-to-hand from Bucky or whoever happened to be around. Naminé stayed off to the side and out of the way since she was really only starting to learn.
Some days, when there was space in the gym car, she used a long wooden rod and tried to emulate the way Sora or Terra fought. It was very awkward and a few times she ended up falling on her butt when her arm swung a little too wide. Naminé wasn't really training, so much as she was swinging around a practice stick and flailing.
No matter when you run into her, she always gets up and tries again.
DRAWING
In between chores, helping Madoka with plants and her many other attempts to help, Naminé can be found in the various cars drawing. She didn't have any more crayons or colors but she had pens and pencils, as well as pieces of paper. Her pictures varied between those she met on the cars and the creatures she'd seen in the snow world.
After the dream she began to draw bits and pieces from her memories, from those she saw and from other peoples memories though she didn't fully understand what she was drawing. Whatever it was, she didn't want to forget it and drawing was a way to immortalize or clarify her thoughts.
Whenever someone approached she glanced up and offered them a brief welcoming smile.
DAY 21 - CLOSED TO TERRA
The dreams had been startling for Naminé, reminding her of the castle and the choices she wanted to forget. She hadn't been a nice person then. She hadn't been malicious but she'd been lonely and stupid and she hurt people who didn't deserve to be hurt. It was a lot for her to face again and it took her some time to approach the one person she needed to speak too.
She stood awkwardly outside of his cabin and knocked on the door.
Hopefully he was there and alone.
Thoughts buzzed in and out of Naminés head in a messy fashion but she hoped, with all her heart, that Terra wouldn't turn away when he knows what she's done. Sora had forgiven her but she didn't understand why. Why should she be forgiven for all the pain she's caused?

Naminé wasn't sure what she was going to draw for Madoka but she wanted it to be something special. Maybe a portrait of someone close to her? She racked her brain for a few moments before turning to look over at Madoka. They worked together but Naminé was beginning to realize that she didn't know a lot about her.
"Um... can I ask. What are things that you like?"
Maybe flowers or people or places.
no subject
"Huh?" It takes her a few moments to even catch up with the question. ".. Oh! Um, I like lots of things!"
But she does realise she has to narrow it down here to give Naminé something to work with, huh.
"Maybe.. cute kittens? I really like those."
no subject
She decided to draw kittens and then other cute things as well. It would have flowers from different worlds and magical odds and ends that she's seen in Sora's memories that were absolutely beautiful. Of course, it will also have a kitten and maybe a bunny rabbit too!
"Alright. I'm going to start on it right away."
no subject
She smiles right back at the other girl, happy that Naminé doesn't seem too bothered by her request. Then again, maybe she likes cute kittens too.. Madoka finds it hard to imagine that anyone couldn't like adorable little furballs.
And she's more than okay with sitting here and patiently watching Naminé work too. Although just staying quiet might be a little sad, right.. Maybe she can at least have some small talk with the other without distracting her too much.
"Oh, by the way.. Have you ever had a pet before?"
no subject
She glanced up and then back down at the sketch. "What about you?"
Madoka seemed like the kind of person who would have lots of pets and enjoy taking care of them.
no subject
"It's the same as for you.. I haven't, but I would have liked to. Mama and papa were always already so busy with my baby brother though, I didn't dare ask them for a pet.." Not that Madoka has any idea just how wildly different her own circumstances are from the other girl's, but shh...
"I really would have liked to have a cute cat though. It always looks so cute when they come sleep on a bed with humans in videos.."
no subject
She looked down at the sketchbook and continued to lightly draw out the shape of the cat's head. Once it was down she'd start doing similar sketches around it. There were flowers, stars and star shaped fruit along with the lone white kitten that she was drawing.
"Do you know anyone who has pets here? I know that Spider is here but she isn't a pet."
no subject
Madoka hasn't met Rapunzel, so she has no idea about Pascal. And she thinks maybe someone here has a tiny robot thingy, but that doesn't really count as a pet, does it?
"I wonder if the train would listen if we'd ask if we could have pets. Maybe it'd just think it's inconvenient, since they'd have to stay here with the missions and all.."
no subject
"Everyone on the train has been very nice."
She was sure that someone if not many someone's would listen. "I don't mind keeping it with me to keep it safe and we can ask others to help too. Like a train pet."
no subject
"That's a wonderful idea..! It shouldn't be too much trouble for anyone then, right?" Surely even the train - or whoever is in charge of it - could be okay with that. It's not like a pet takes in as much space as a person, after all, and it's pulling in new people all the time.
"And it'd be so much fun to have a pet around. It'd start to make the train feel a little like a real home."
no subject
"Maybe we can ask Ignis?"
He would be the best person to ask about this sort of thing.
no subject
She feels the tiniest bit conflicted about that, mostly since she knows Ignis already has so much on his plate all the time.. But on the other hand, he's one of the smartest people Madoka knows, and he does always offer to help her out with anything she wants.
So she nods after a slight pause.
"I guess it's true that if anyone would know, it'd be him. There's almost nothing he doesn't know."
no subject
Naminé knew that Ignis was very busy but he was the best person to ask if this was a good idea or not. She wasn't going to ask Ignis or any of those in charge to take care of the pet but if they were okay with having something like that around, then it would probably be okay with the others on the train.
Though after asking Ignis they should probably ask the train to make sure no one is allergic to dogs.
She glanced down at her drawing and carefully tore it from the sketchbook. It was a picture of a kitten in a lot of wildflowers. "Here. I finished."
no subject
"Oh, wow..! It looks so cute!" A wide smile appears on Madoka's face. "Thank you so much for drawing it, Naminé! You're the best..!"
no subject
"I'm really glad you like it."
