Welcome to the gym car. It's a large,if narrow space, and Kaiba and Noctis have hauled an ordinary card table and chairs inside. Not exactly the formula for an exciting spectator sport. But Yugi has entered the gym from the other side, all smiles, with something under his arm.

Something is about to roar to life here. And you'll be the first to witness it.

"Not necessarily," Kaiba says, though there's a reluctant tone in there. "Slow and steady also works. Yugi tends to duel through methodical counters to my assault, and so far it's always worked for him."

He sounds a little bitter, yet...he respects the other man. "It's ultimately your choice. You could also focus on stonewalling your opponent with strong defense."

When Daia hears that little bit of bitterness, he takes that as the hint that he probably shouldn't choose defensive types.

And he really wants Kaiba to like him and not be disappointed.

So he smiles.

"I'd love to learn vampires, then. It sounds like a lot of fun. How does it work?"
