Welcome to the gym car. It's a large,if narrow space, and Kaiba and Noctis have hauled an ordinary card table and chairs inside. Not exactly the formula for an exciting spectator sport. But Yugi has entered the gym from the other side, all smiles, with something under his arm.

Something is about to roar to life here. And you'll be the first to witness it.

"I think I get it..." Eva says slowly. "The ones that chip at life points directly would probably be the ones I'd use... Though I'd also likely experiment as well and find what works best for my style."

She smirks, just a little. "Besides, this isn't like pokemon, so I can likely build up a few good decks quickly as I find said style."

She'll eventually have a deck that is annoying to duel. Much like her personal style of battling.

"It's always good to experiment because decks change all the time. I know I've gone through a few in all my time dueling."

He nodded slightly "In this case it is easy to quickly build a decent deck, but back home since they were sold in booster packs, it was always random chance you might get something that suited ones deck as well."

There's a nod of understanding. "True, but just because I can build and rebuild them quickly and experiment doesn't discount that there's the added element of not knowing what I'll draw, and then having to work with that plus whatever the other Duelist has on the field and then trying to guess the deck..."

Her grin turns downright impish. "Good thing I'm in it for fun, but well, if I win, then that's ok and if I lose-"

Eva shrugs as if to say 'be it it'.

"That's a good thing. Being in it for the fun. That's what I would have done normally." It was just certain circumstances happened where they had to play professionally in order to do things that needed to be done. It had been less fun for reasons, but he didn't hate it because of it either.... or else he still wouldn't be upgrading his deck.

"I see it as having fun regardless and maybe learning something."

There's a head tilt at normally, but she doesn't pry. She can ask about it in time. For now, she simply nods.

"Learning how to duel counts. At least, it should be easier than pokemon battles..." There's a bit of a dubious look at the cards.

"I couldn't say one way or another if it's easier or not as I don't actually have experience with Pokemon battles to be able to tell." But he could at least hazard a guess that Pokemon battles would be a lot harder.

"True true that." Maybe she should offer to teach people how to battle... It'd likely do to get Lele some actual battle experience after all...

Hmm. A thought for another time. "Well, if another trainer ever comes, everyone'll get to witness a battle one way or the other."
