Jelly 3: Orange Team meet(ing) and mingle

Either Eva or Curufin, or they both use the ICP to remind Orange Team of the meeting. "Orange Team, please report to the Music Carriage for a Team Meeting. It isn't mandatory, but we do encourage everyone to attend as there’s things that need to be sorted out in terms of team structure. If you need a bribe: we have snacks."

For this meeting, Eva's commandeered the top of the Music carriage, given the number of people in the team, and notable, she has Lele out, the porygon2 set to record the meeting so the minutes can later be printed out.

Food-wise, there's there's enough food and far too many oran, pinap, and cheri berries across numerous bowls. There's also bags of sweets and lollies spread across several bowls and room for any other food that’s either been made or scrounged up from the kitchens.

Curufn smiles at S'reee. "I always agree with Nita! I think we'd be pleased to have you in a leadership role if you want to take it, even if it's junior. As I was saying to Senku, Eva and I don't make all the decisions. There are often situations on missions in which it's the people on the scene who must make those decisions and rally others to join together in necessary actions. If you have the ability to do that, then everyone is going to be happy."

Crisis situations do tend to bring out the leader in anyone who has that capacity.

"First aid skills would be welcome. The more people on the team who have them, the better. We never know what kind of situation we're walking into."

"And Orange is a large enough group that any single person would have trouble looking after all of us."

S'reee said. "As long as you aren't expecting me to coordinate all of you. I'm pretty certain I haven't even met everyone fully."

"True. We are a very large group, and we are a group of people who are used to making our own choices, so a single leader or even a couple of leaders would find it impossible to keep up with us!"

Curufin grinned. "I don't think anybody could coordinate all of us. We scatter into the landscape as soon as we get to a mission world, and even if we're still in the same general area, no one person could manage the whole group. And it's not surprising if you haven't gotten to know everyone. Even I don't interact with everyone regularly, and anyway it's hard to keep up, considering the speed with which people disappear and are replaced by new passengers. I have no expectations for how you use your skills. It's up to you to decide how to use them."
