Event: Abort! Part Two (day 25, Egret). Luggage carriage
They are on world world#27462947582 for about five hours, helping, ushering people out of the city, fighting monsters, keeping guard. All seems well in the city itself, peaceful even except for the slight panic of people being told to move south.
Wherever they are, north in the desert, travelling through the countryside to the south or still in the city itself they will notice from their peripheral vision a darkening of the sky. Looking up they will see clouds. Strange clouds, appearing in the blue sky out of nowhere.
Their SCA’s start beeping, rapidly, flashing red. The clouds are too weird to be clouds, dark shapes in the sky. It might be that the Voidtreckers heed the warning and tap their SCA to evacuate to the train. It might be that they do not.
If they don’t then there is a moment, a moment of absolute stillness as those around them notice the shapes. A confused pause. Children stop their chatter, people stop their complaining, even the monsters seem to sense something and pause in their attacks.
The remaining voidtreckers are yanked away, even without pressing their SCA, they glow gold and disappear.
They all appear in the luggage carriage and not even a second later, with no warning the train lurches, flinging everyone off their feet as it enters the void.
It’s not really easy to tell speed in the void, but they will get the sense that they are moving fast. Faster than before, leaving that world and whatever those shapes were behind.

Gladio lowered his head to press his lips to Noct's shoulder, not quite a kiss, but a smile. "You're not dumb. You didn't know you were going to hurt your knee. You'll be safe here though. I'll just have to come knocking each morning till you're better."
no subject
"I can't think of a better way to wake up. I won't even complain about it being too early." At least, not while they were on the train. It was easier to be okay with it when there was no sunlight to tell you whether or not it was daytime.

"... I'll clean it up later." He promised.

The jerk back to train had been disorienting and he'd been involved in helping some other people (like himself) stop panicking before realizing he hadn't seen his friends yet. He'd gone to all the usual spots but wound up empty-handed. Where was everyone?
Slowly he'd gotten more concerned till he was knocking first on Noct's door and peeking in his own room, just in case, and now Gladio's. Where could they be?

Sometimes being tall and having long arms was a blessing.
The door opened for Prompto. "Quiet..." He hissed and waved Prompto to come in.
no subject
He peeked around the other man's massive shoulder. "Is your roommates sl- oh! Noct! Is he okay?"
no subject
Prompto had noticed the King in front of him and Gladio's gaze turned that way. "Fell and hurt his knee when the train took off. He should be okay in a few days if he keeps off it."
no subject
"I'm okay. I was in Madoka's room. She was upset over what happened and I was trying to make her feel better." And before Gladio could get too concerned, he added, "She's okay now! Don't worry. It was just shocking."
As the focus moved to Noct, he frowned sympathetically. His poor knee! "That sucks. Can I stay in here with you guys? .. Did he talk to you?"
no subject
Gladio's attention was brought back to Noct then, and he nodded and as carefully as he could he shifted himself, and Noct who was fast asleep between his legs, closer to the wall and did his best not to wake him. The bunks weren't the widest, but Prompto was slim so he was sure to be able to slot himself next to the both of them.
"... Oh, he talked." Gladio shot Prompto what he hoped was an irritated glare, but was sort of ruined by his smile. "... You've been talking about me behind my back, lover of mine."
no subject
His attention shifted from Noct to Gladio and he giggled. "Yes!" Was that the wrong answer? It was the truth at least- and a surprisingly enthusiastic one. "I told him how wonderful you were and that you were amazing in bed and he should try it. I think I made him jealous!"
no subject
He groaned and dropped his head back with a dull thud against the wall behind him. Noct had been nice enough not to tell him that much. Just the sharing thing... "Prom... That's not stuff you go around telling people." He moved his head back so he could look down at the happy blonde. "You could have scared him..." Though he was glad it hadn't. Not so happy it had made Noct jealous. Though that was something Noct had already admitted to him.
no subject
"But Glady! I didn't tell 'people'. I told Noct. He was worried about coming between us and he was feeling left out. And I like being able to tell him stuff. Why can't I tell him how good you can make me feel?"
He could've scared him? He thought about that a moment, unsure how true it was. He might have to ask Noct when he woke up if that had been a possibility. "I didn't pressure him or anything. I was just telling him how well you treat me."
no subject
"Did you tell him how well you treat me?" he asked then, tone warm and loving. "What else did you two talk about? I take it you both sorted through some things?"
no subject
"Uh.." That question threw him off and he gave Gladio a sheepish smile. "No.. we, uh.. well once he seemed on board and I knew you were on board and um.." He hesitated and could feel his cheeks heating up. Was he about to get kicked out of bed? He hoped not. His grip tightened a little around Noct, but he was doing his best not to wake him. "We.. um, well, I uh.. I kissed him- but I thought it was okay because of what we'd said and he seemed happy with the idea and you seemed happy about it and since we were maybe doing something like that it seemed okay but if it wasn't I'm really really really sorry and it won't ever happen again!"
