Daia, being unusually bored, has gotten an idea in his head and wants to have some fun with everyone he can find. He leaves Rene in his room and grabs his pillow, then starts running down the hall. If you're in his path, he'll swing out to bonk you with his pillow.

"Pillow war in the Gym! Spread the word!"

And he giggles as he continues running, heading toward the Gym himself. He'll gather any spare pillows he can find and toss them in a pile, too. For anyone who needs a 'weapon'.

After Daia finished bonking his latest victim, he's in a full sprint to the Gym, trying to gather any pillows he can find.

The problem is, when he drops all those pillows in the corner, he's out of breath, too, still laughing.

Even though he's tired, he launches at the first person he sees, swinging his pillow widely.

"I'm gonna get you~!"

"Not on those legs you're not."

Kaiba was one of Daia's first victims on the path to the gym, and he's absolutely determined to get his revenge. He has a pillow in hand as he reaches out to grab Daia with his free arm, swinging them around to keep the vampire's momentum going.

And he gently bonks Daia on the head when he stops, still pinning his friend against him.

"Ha! You activated my trap."

One of Daia's first victims from Cabin six is a blond boy who isn't that much taller than Daia himself.

A very startled and confused blond boy - but, at least Alfredo knows what a pillow fight is!

"But I'm not even armed!"

Still, he follows the vampire to the Gym, given that he's done (probably more than) his share of Blue's chores today.

Cassie arms herself quickly, lifting her soft weapon high in the air with a look of menace on her face.

"I hope you know this means war."

Cherry was not a bonk victim in the first round of bonking, but she did hear the words PILLOW WAR and she was absolutely and completely sold on this and it did not take long for a sock footed Cherry to slide into the gym with a pillow in hand.

She laughed as Daia swung his pillow and she let him hit her as she swung back at him.

"Not if I get you first~!"

It's not like Scorpia is exclusively targeting Daia - once she gets to the gym, she figures that anyone present is fair game - but she definitely recognizes him as the one who started this off. She hefts her own "weapon," grinning as she deflects his wildly swung pillow with what appears to be one of the bean bag chairs from the games car. That's a kind of pillow, right.

Whomp! Curufin gets hit and staggers into the wall. He rights himself, grins at Daia, and laughs. "Daia! You are a most formidable opponent."

He runs to the corner where his friend dropped the gathered pillows, grabs one, and approaches Daia again, humorously holding the pillow like a sword at the ready. "Two can play at this game. En garde!"

"Oh, it's on now," Lea said with a grin, happily chasing after Daia. His longer stride made keeping up pretty easy, even on the crowded train, so Daia didn't have long to catch his breath before Lea arrived in the gym.

He dodged the pillow instinctively and grabbed one of his own from the pile, taking a swing at Daia in return. It had been a long time since he'd last had a good pillow fight, and he planned to enjoy it.

There was little wonder where Roland's own pillow went, especially after he gets wind of the growing commotion by the Gym. Eventually, he does make his way there...and promptly gets a pillow to the face.

But he's not fazed, he just shakes his head. "Alright, alright. You got me." He crosses his arms over his chest. "Isn't it a little too late to be holding a slumber party fun over here, Daia? Heh." Not that any of them actually knew the hour, but he assumes it's pretty far in given the lights dimmed around the standard car a while back now.

Adjusting to life on the Voidtrecker Express has been... quite something. He's managed to get his nose to the grindstone, learning all he can about both the mundane appliances inside it and the reason they're all on this train.

But, no matter how serious Alfredo takes things, a boy still needs time to play and have fun.

He's made a blanket fort, from which he may jump out at just the right moment to boff your character with a pillow!

Come play with him?

Trunks has also been adjusting, and is eyeing that fort warily. Black tank-top, black pants and bare feet, he hefts his pillow. And does what would normally be a monumentally stupid thing--charging at the fort directly, with a yell. He might also be grinning.

"That fort is going to be mine!

There's...a blanket fort. Kaiba eyes it curiously, spinning a pillow in one hand.

"Who's there?"

A blanket fort was the most obvious place to hide and pop out to bop someone, and Cherry was absolutely and completely aware of it, and so she was absolutely and completely prepared for it and boffed him at the exact same time as he boffed her, laughing and trying to speak.

"That's a nice fort! Be a shame if someone took it!"

Blanket forts are awesome!

Glorfindel snuck up on the fort and knelt outside of it and gently scratched at one wall, mewing like a little kitten, his pillow hidden behind his back.

There's a tall teenager here, in a white undershirt and orange flannel pants. He holds a pillow in each hand, crouched slightly and ready to fight.

...wait a minute, is that Kaiba?

It sure is. He stands as seriously as he does in any duel, eyes gleaming as he catches someone's eye and fires off one pillow as a warning.

"Only come closer if you're prepared to lose!"

Apparently there was someone that managed not to get the memo about the pillow fight, because otherwise Silvia would have been heading in the opposite direction. It wasn't that she had anything against the activity, but it was just too early for her to feel comfortable engaging. So when she opened the door and saw the chaos unfolding she was puzzled by it all.

Guess, now was a bad time to exercise?

That's when she noticed him, Seto Kaiba- proud duelist and cutthroat businessman, launching a pillow her direction.

"Ehhh?!" She dove behind the door frame, and after a moment or two she inched closer to peer into the room again to confirm what just happened. Sure, she knew about the alternate universes by now, but that didn't mean she wouldn't be continual surprised by the differences- at least for a while.

"Oh I won't lose." Trunks meets that challenge, blue eyes gleaming as he catches the pillow fired at him, hefting it in his off hand to join his the fluffy 'weapon' in his main hand.

While Kaiba was grandstanding like that, Adora sneaked up behind him to biff him over the head with...that looked more like a sofa cushion than a pillow.

Because honestly, years of living with Catra had rubbed off on her a little bit. She was the honorable one, of the two, but all was fair in love and war.

A pillow war? Seriously? Trunks had heard of pillow fights but never actually gotten to have one. Part of the problem with growing up in a dystopian future and sheltered besides that.

Which means he's walking carefully into the gym, pillow in hand and wearing casual black tank top and pants, on his guard--but mostly looking forward to this. For the silly-fun of it.

All of a sudden, there is a Cassie dropping from the ceiling with her deadly weapon held high.

"Bonk!"

Glorfindel looked casual as he wandered into the gym.

But...he was armed.

He was also not wearing his usual bell he occasionally rings so he doesn't sneak up on people. All is fair in love and pillow fights!

Daia jumps with a yelp. But it's followed with a laugh right away.

"Ah, you got me!"

But with that, Daia readies his own pillow and swings at Glorfindel.

Certainly, though, he'd try to be a bit sneaky, and find a target who looked distracted ... before creeping up on them to bonk them on the head with a pillow. If he could be sneaky enough ...

Senku had been minding his business. He'd changed into his pajamas, these orange plaid pajama pants and a t-shirt that read "Everything happens for a reason...and that reason is usually physics".

He was usually distracted, when he was lost in thought, and he'd gotten distracted with something on his way back from returning a book to the library.

He blinked as he was viciously attacked with a pillow, lurching forward a bit and he turned around, an angry complaint on his lips, but it was just Gen.

"What're you doing, Mentalist?"

After finding herself on the receiving end of a face full of pillow, Scorpia had naturally gone to find an appropriate "weapon" before following. She was hardly going to walk into a combat zone without proper equipment, after all! Even if the combat in question was "pillow fight." Maybe especially if it was a pillow fight. Excessive force would, presumably, be a deal-breaker here.

It doesn't take her long to reach the gym, though, and when she does, well... it's not precisely a pillow she's picked up on the way? It's one of the bean bag chairs from the games car. And she's absolutely taking a swing at the first likely target she sees.

He was lingering by the door, waiting for people to come through to attack because that seemed the best kind of strategy that didn't involve chasing people down.

He certainly did launch an attack at Scorpia, but when she swung the bean bag chair at him, getting a proper hit, he stumbled backwards. "Ack!"

Sorry to anyone who wanted to keep it a relatively open space, but one of the first things Catra's doing when she realizes that this is a full-scale battle is swinging out the climbing frame from the wall and setting herself up on top of it. You can come fight her, if you've got the balance for it. She'll even wait for you to find your footing, smirking the entire time.

"First to the floor loses." She only has one pillow, but that's all she needs. "I bet you won't even last five minutes up here."

Senku might not have been a runner, he certainly wasn't, and he had no real stamina to speak of - but he did climb things. All the time. He was able to keep his balance well.

"Five minutes, huh?" He's even barefoot, not in those clunky hiking boots.

Not to worry, he brought his pillow. "Only three hundred seconds. No problem."

Wargames! Adora's favorite!

Adora was a leader, by training and by natural inclination. She spent the first few minutes of the fight trying to organize a team of her own, allowing the use of more complicated tactics through which she could dominate the battlefield, but...unfortunately, no one was really interested in setting up a flanking maneuver when they could instead just hit each other with pillows with reckless abandon.

So fuck it, right? Adora gave it up for now as a bad job and swung her pillow (actually a couch cushion. Something you could really get a good swing with.) at the nearest person with the rousing battlecry of, "The heck with this! Everyone dies today!"

But she wouldn't swing at Catra, right? Not when she's so wide-eyed, raising one hand as if in submission and the other holding the corner of a very ragged-looking pillow.

(She's faking it. Just like every other time she's used this ploy on her.)

"Adora!" She yelps, hopping back like she's scared. "Watch it! You almost got me with that thing."
